Excellent hotel, clean, daily cleaning and change of towels, service staff is polite and smiling, food is very tasty, huge choice for every taste. Thank you very much.

A fully integrated resort, a luxurious five-star palace, one of the best resorts in the Alanya region, more than an hour away from the airport. The resort’s drawback is that the receptionist’s name is (Arend.) He charged 50 euros without any reason, even though I booked the number in detail. I hope that you will warn the employees not to exploit them so that the resort does not lose its customers, and I am the first of them. I will not return for this resort

Overall I had a good experience at the property. I enjoyed the all-inclusive concept at the low price point. Pool and Beach for great. The two biggest negatives that I have are 1) I got some serious bed bugs bites, which I've never gotten before, and I never want to get again and 2) they double charged me and Expedia is having a hard time getting them to reverse the charge.

very nice place, clean and very beautiful, with a lot of attractions for kids and adults, but too noisy till very late at night and for my taste - hard to sleep. maybe the place fits more for young adults and less for families with kids

We have been coming to the hotel 3 times. Employees are good and Mr. Onur at the reception is perfect & helpful. The activities and facilities are good. Nice night parties. Food is very good. Alcoholic drinks are normal, only whisky is good. It is a very important issue for us SPA Center can only be used free of charge until 15:00. House keeping it was good too(Mrs Ayse).

+ The hotel is beatiful outside and inside. + Rooms are fresh and equipped. + Personnel is super friendly and helpful, in this regards it was the best hotel I ever been to! + A lot of food and it is very good and there is some place to eat available almost 24 hrs. - It's a bit too crowded, especially around pools, at kids club pool you literally need to jump over the sun beds and crouch under the umbrellas. At the same time, some areas appear empty. - There is the only way to the pools and beach, it starts underground and goes through the market. Not a big problem, but I wished there was some alternative path (except through the restaraunt). - People leaving glasses and garbage everywhere around the pool, I myself have stumbled on somebody's glass several times, my kids were also easy to find a glass of beer to play with on the border of the pool. - Not enough swimming rings on the slides.

I didn’t get the full Ocean View rooms that I had paid for, But they were in front of each other so I took them. However it could be the 2 next to each other then they were more convenience and full ocean views. What I’m going to do when they told me the whole hotel is booked? Rooms/beds: No sheets under the blankets, I called nobody is answering the call, I went down and they told me: if you ask we will give it to you! Then a nice thin down comforter plus sheet appeared. One of the single beds had a yellow stained blanket. you know what that means? Never mentioned this because at this point I accepted the fact that this is their routine. I had a queen bed so I didn’t want to be in a bad mood arguing/complaining. Bathrooms: Bathroom leaked after first use, they came and fixed it. I didn’t bother to complain about the bidet directing to the side of my buttchicks, I thought I shouldn’t complain about everything. Food: We got there late, the real meal buffet food court closes at 9:00, we were also amazed to hear that 0 food in room service because it causes bugs. By the way there is only 1 restaurant, I called and they assured me there are 5 restaurants, all of them free all inclusive, that’s incorrect. Italian, Turkish, Seafood and I think Chinese, Ala Carte ones are 10€ a person. For 6 it’s 60€ haha, no thank you. Breakfast was amazing. The other 2 buffets after 9 are sweats mostly. You can’t ask for water/drink to the room neither. Whatever they bring daily! …

The hotel is beautiful!, But The stuff is more beautiful! Very good service and a lot of food options. 2 negative things: 1.the distance from the airport (antalya) 2.the behaviour of the guest at the pool that saves bad by putting a towel and leave it and go. Total score: 9/10!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond all the time. The food during the day was lovely, plenty to chose from and lots of it. The pool, communal and eating areas were spotless and well maintained. The entertainment was good, the day staff worked so hard, and there was always something to keep the adults and children occupied. For me, it was the slight attention to detail that let it down slightly, we’ve previously stayed in Antalya in a couple of 5* hotels and things like branded drinks, bottled beer, ice cream available all day, good quality Al a Carte restaurants really make a difference. These little things were missing, to make it 5* for us. It’s certainly a very good 4* and we would stay again.

The property was great. Easy check in & out. Very clean. Variety food options. Friendly staff. Amazing pool & view. Great beach. Simply perfect 👍
