The bed was comfortable and clean but the room was not clean. Minimal dusting and sweeping were done to the room we were in. My socks were black on the bottom after walking across the floor. I spilled a small amount of water and when wiping it up with some toilet tissue, the tissue was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Water pressure was very low, hard to get any hot water from the sink. Same with the shower although hot water did flow in the shower. The sink is a bowl that sits on top of the counter and so high, at my height, 5'6" I had to stand on my tip toes to wash my face. We would not stay here again due to these issues. Should at least mop the floor when cleaning. YUK!

The rooms are spacious. Convenient location. Restaurant in the parking lot. A liquor / convenience store in the parking lot also!

Long story short have a little incident here with some guests that I had and wasn't welcome to stay the rest of the night. Was charged for the first night and was told I would not be charged for the second night. Here we are a week after all this happened and my charge is still on hold on my credit card. Told me it would be a release immediately. Didn't even know I was getting kicked out I called the front desk to apologize for my guess behavior and was told unfortunately I would have to leave the premises kind of weird. Look like a nice place felt comfortable easily accessible staff was great they were working on a room above my room when I got there so that was kind of loud but other than that everything else was fine. Weird policy and a weird way to find it out.

We stayed two nights for a family wedding in town. The staff were very nice and informative. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the room was large. The tabletops were also clean. The mini fridge and microwave worked great. Now for the bad part. The floor was filthy. It is swept and not mopped. My socks were full of dirt from walking around the room. The armchair looked like a cat scratching post and the walls looked dirty from being patch painted. The hair dryer also had paint and putty on it. The glass furniture tops were scratched up all around the edges. The room is poorly lit, with only two lamps in the room, a light in the bathroom, and a light over the vanity. No ceiling lights. The bathroom has no vent. To let steam out after a shower, you must open the window, which has a carport on the other side, so no privacy if the window is open while taking a shower or using the toilet. The bed and bathroom sink were too high. I'm 5'3", the bed was at least 3' 5" high, not an exaggeration. The bathroom sink has a bowl set on top of the counter, which made it about 4' high, it was very hard to wash your face. I really needed to bring a step stool. They provide a sliver of soap and a small squeeze tube of shampoo/conditioner combo. The ice machine is in the office, which is inconvenient if you are on the other side of the parking lot. The rooms are very poorly maintained. There's more but ran out of characters. Overall, I would not recommend staying at The Atwood Hotel.

Great hotel; very clean, friendly staff, nice amenities, and free parking. Plus, there is a small shopping center with a restaurant and bodega style liquor store that sells everything. 10/10

Stayed one night. Room away from the freeway was fine and not noisey.

Floors were not swept, crumbs and dirt. The beds had dirt between the sheets and blankets. Sticky residue on counters of the bathroom upon arrival. Hair was found on the shower wall from previous guests. Ceiling above toilet had residue that looked like mold. Cleanliness was very disappointing

I usually stay at this place when I'm in town on business Good location. Front desk is always friendly. The only thing is room service is limited ask for a change of seats and they said they couldn't come change a seats after I had an accident in the room. I will stay again and hopefully continue to have a positive stay at this location

We specifically requested a wheelchair accessable room. There was a ramp to get to the entrance, and the room itself was spacious enough for a wheelchair to get around, however, there was NO ENTRANCE to the bathroom! That is absolutely unaccepatable! How can a room be wheelchair accessable if you can't even get the wheelchair into the bathroom???? Not only was the door to the bathroom smaller than any bathroom door I've ever encountered, but the space inside the bathroom was definately NOT adequate for a wheelchair bound person to access the toilet. So we had to make due in a very uncomfortable way regarding this. This was false advertising and we did not get what we paid for.

Staff were nice and helpful. Well at my stay what I didn’t like is that the pool wasn’t available. It was under maintenance at the time. And that seaWorld was 10 minutes away from the property.

Nice bedroom, clean and comfy beds
