The staff were nice and kind

Found used plastic fork and knife on the floor behind the stool and shower and sink the water never got hot, cold shower was not fun

Outstanding! I thought it would be a place to stay for 1 night to attend family function, BUT, it was more a mini escape, vacation. The room was the best, spacious, modern, comfortable. I travelled solo and felt so comfortable. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a swim in a very well maintained pool. The lobby and main floor facilities, tastefully decorated and inviting. Without hesitation I would return and highly recommend this hotel. All staff, friendly, helpful, respectful.

I love to bring my grandkids there for a get away and have a swim at the pool. The door to the pool was broke and it was stuck open. My grandkids froze and we stuck in our room. We rented two rooms for us , kinda a waste.

Only the cold cereal, boiled eggs, and fresh fruit were good. The hot food items were disgusting.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

We travel to Sarnia Ontario 2 or 3 times a year and have stayed at many of the hotels there. The Hamptons by far is our favorite, from the amazing staff, to the overall cleanliness and comfort, we will not stay anywhere else. We love everything about this hotel.

Jay at front desk upon checkin was most excellent and professional he changed our room from a double to a 2 queen room which expedia messed up even though the person we talked to on the phone said the hotel can't do that, he also unclogged the tub drain which was clogged before we came. The room was also cold and the temp was not regulating correctly had it to 80deg and eventually it started to heat up. The unit was very noisy all night making for a terrible sleep experience the breakfast was pretty limited in choices. If it wasn't for Jay this place doesn't deserve a star
