Staff was very helpful, breakfast vas very good, lots of different food to chose from. The only complain is that water in the pool was cold.

The hotel was great. Room was clean, AC was working well. Bed was comfortable, pillow were a little too soft. TV worked fine. The pool was nice, but cold. It should be heated and temperature set to a more comfortable level. My only complaint is the very rude and very poor attitude of the House keeping manager. I was playing music in the seating area near the front desk. It may have been a little louder than I thought. But instead of approaching a paying customer in kind and respectful way, this terrible woman spoke to me like I was a child and that was unacceptable. I mentioned this to the hotel manager. She was apologetic and kind. But I didn't help with the way I was treated. My honest opinion is that lady should be fired and not allowed to deal with any customer in any aspect.

Very well staffed and close to the beach. Half hour walk to the park under the Blue Water bridge. Clean, very quiet and breakfast was great

Perfect hotel near the us borders. Very clean and felt very safe.

One elevator was not working so only had one elevator for six floors at least from Thurs to sun. I would think you should’ve got maintenance out pretty quickly. It was annoying for all.

No veg food option except bread

Nice hot breakfast, hotel is nice and clean, rooms are large. Never seen a bathroom so big and the Barth tub was really well organized for showering, having one of the heads in center of tub with the controls in the center also, no reaching and risk of getting wet when trying to regulate the pressure. The bed and pillows were one of the best. Slept as good as at home. The only drawback back is you occasionally here doors slamming. Could benefit from installing door closures and add a chair to the room. One of us as to read in bed instead of sitting to read or talk. Parking out front was close access to lobby.

The place need maintenance. The Uner driver told me the 1 elevator has been down for months and the room needs to be updated. Furniture was all stained in the room

Awful stay, I stay in a hotel most weeks and by far was the worst experience. Very noisy, wasn’t very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows where awful! The property was very dirty and the pool was incredibly dirty, will not be returning there ever again

Loved the comfortable kingsize bed, and large hot shower! And always appreciate the 24-7 beverage counter in the lobby!
