Good service, soft and comfortable bed, clean and no musty smell.

Flooding, difficult to enter and exit, unclear signs, almost impossible to see

Good service but it doesn't have elevator.

The staffs are lovely, provide information and help very well. However, the room is not very clean. The bathroom amenities have signs of being opened and used. The bed is old and makes noise when turning over. The refrigerator compressor is very loud. When working, I was startled awake all night. I got a room next to the road and was startled when a motorbike passed by. There is only a trash can outside the bathroom. When using tissue in the bathroom, I have to take it outside to throw it away. I would like the hotel to improve.

The staff is okay, they speak okay, and welcome you well. The room is okay for this price, but the hot water is not very hot. It takes a long time to adjust. I want it to be fixed because normally it is hot just by turning it on. Now, every time I shower, I have to adjust it every time. Overall, it is okay.

The staff are friendly and the service is good, but the room is very cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom is not very clean. There is a problem with a clogged pipe. The water drains slowly and makes a scary noise while the water is draining. There is no separation between the wet and dry areas and the floor is quite slippery. There is no hot water kettle in the room. You have to go downstairs to get water from the staff. I have used B2 many times before and never thought that each place would have a different standard.

The pictures on the website did not match the actual location, which led to the mistake of booking.

The room photos are not quite as expected because it is a dormitory that has been converted into a hotel. The check-in and check-out counter staff are very friendly.

The staffs are polite and give good recommendations for accommodation. They are quite organized. The accommodation is clean. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your belongings up.

The environment around the hotel should be cleaner. The security should be better, such as having a fence or a key card to scan before entering the room. After the hotel counter There should be an elevator.

The accommodation has no elevator and is on the 4th floor. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. I booked online thinking I would stay in the building in front, but the staff told me to stay in another building. It's okay, the hotel's golf cart will take you there. When I arrived, it seemed like the hotel was under renovation.

b2 here has 2 branches near each other. Book one hotel and get another hotel that is not as advertised. There is no elevator. If you want to stay on the ground floor, you have to pay more. The staff at the counter provided good service. The room was old. The refrigerator was so loud that it had to be unplugged. This is the only b2 branch that does not seem professional. There was a case of booking a room on the wrong day. They could not help at all. The hotel also denied responsibility. Traveloka also denied responsibility and assistance.

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic! I stayed in the corner room so I had a better view. In the early morning, when the weather is nice, I can see the mountains.

The hotel is not ready to receive customers. There are still workers renovating the rooms on the 1st floor and there are workers including their wife and children sitting in the check-in area on the 1st floor. There are piles of materials, equipment, mattresses, etc. Looking at it, the hotel is not ready. It looks unsafe and not clean to receive customers. So I decided to leave and not stay. Also, there is no elevator and I can stay on the 4th floor. But it is difficult for me to walk up because of my health, so I drove out and left the money I paid for 500 baht for my health, safety, and cleanliness.

There must be construction work going on in the room upstairs. I won't be able to sleep until midnight.

Staying on the upper floors, the customer has luggage. The staff should help. The luggage is very heavy but I have to carry it upstairs alone. Because the hotel does not have an elevator, there should be staff to help the customer. It would be much better.

The water is flooding and we can't get in. They don't answer the phone. We made a reservation and paid but they won't refund us. We wasted our time and money.

Stayed for 2 nights. The air compressor was so loud that I couldn't sleep all night. On the 2nd night, I had to ask to change rooms. When I went to the new room, there was a dried dead gecko in front of the bathroom door. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. The smell didn't drain. I had to open the door to the room to drain the smell until it went away. When I booked, I asked for the best location room, but got a room next to the stairs. The hotel has 4 floors and no elevator.

The hotel is quite old from what I have stayed before. The shower in the bathroom is old, causing water to spray in all directions. The staff did not have cash to reserve for the room deposit. There is no elevator. The cover picture is of another building, making the booking confusing. I would like it to be separate. The staff did not help with the luggage while it was raining heavily. They did not come out at all, just stayed at the counter.
