I booked room 209 in building B. The pictures made it look clean and okay, but in reality, the bathroom was the worst. Everything was broken and needs fixing. The air conditioner was also noisy intermittently; I'd be startled awake while sleeping.

It was so bad that I didn't take any pictures for the review. I arrived at the time specified in the note when booking the hotel. I reached the correct location but ***told the customer to stay at another place*** by driving to find their own way. When I arrived at the accommodation, I ***walked up the stairs*** for another 3 floors. Normally, I stay at B2 and always find an elevator. After that, I went out to eat, came back to park the car, turned off the engine, and got out of the car. The security guard came to chase me away, saying that he would reserve the space for other cars. I felt really bad. The room was not soundproof. Anyone talking could hear everything. Is the bathroom mirror set up for a ghost to look at? I'm 160 cm tall and I can't even reach it on tiptoe.
