The room was just ok. The light switches were in odd locations, the window was difficult to open, and the AC felt like all it did was make noise (not change the temperature at all). However, the staff was attentive and friendly.

Close to shopping center.

The hotel has a weird smell. I guess it is because they let people smoke in the rooms. The breakfast was mediocre. It is a mediocre airport hotel.

Pros: Good size room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom, reasonable lighting. Very helpful staff. Parking and coffee/tea and water free on every room. Good location for business meetings (if your clients are outside Madrid). Cons: There's a lot of room for improvement regarding breakfast (better coffee, better buffet with more options. Buffet is very restricted). There is no restaurant service any longer. But there are two restaurants two minutes away, or several in a shopping mall (5 minutes walk from the hotel). Still not great.

Since I was only stopping over in Madrid one night this was a good hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked that I was given a paper listing all the amenities available. The receptionist helped me arrange a ride to the airport since you had to arrange the free shuttle 24 hours in advance. The Cabify was cheaper by 50% than the taxi. The room was very comfortable, large with clean big bathroom. Very quiet the night I stayed. Breakfast was expensive I think —nearly 10 Euros for an average meal but definitely adequate. Didn’t see any other readily available choice. The only thing that concerned me was there were some areas around the elevator that were exposed and peeling molding in the bathroom which gave it a worn look. otherwise an adequate safe hotel.

B&B Hotel is perfectly situated minutes from Madrid airport and just steps from restaurants and galleria. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel in ok, clean and fartly confortable. Bery badic and toiletry was rubbish I ended up buying soap and shampoo! It is in middle of noehere with no public transport links. The closest bus stop to take you to Madrid is 20 minutes walk, then get a train to city centre. We spent more money on getting taxi to train station, so we would be better off getting a hotel in city centre and paying extra for room instead of wasting so much money on taxi!!! Then we would be closer to everything too.

Friendly staff and the room was being cleaned every single day. Although there was not enough staff to handle breakfast, one person is not enough for the job.
