Overall okay, choose a junior room so you have more freedom, but the room smells a little damp maybe because the bathroom is semi-open.

Happy to have my family and children stay here. Since the pool was under maintenance, we were allowed to swim at the Novotel, and transportation was provided to get there and back. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant.

Friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness, and excellent rest thanks to maximum comfort. The minimalist, modern, and chic room interiors are also available. Activities are also varied: kids' movies, access to the Novotel, bicycles, go-karts, and horseback riding. A plus at Ibis hotels is the always-stocked water dispenser. Short getaways are especially enjoyable because the location is slightly inland, resulting in cleaner and cooler air.

The soundproofing between rooms (family room) is not good and the pool maintenance takes too long, the rest is good.

The Ibis Bogor Raya Hotel is a perfect family vacation. This hotel offers a family room with three beds, perfect for those with three grown children. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and there are plenty of activities for the kids. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and surroundings are very clean.

The staff was friendly and quick to respond to our complaint. We even asked to change rooms due to cockroaches, but we were eventually given a more comfortable room. Thank you for your consideration.

Good service, keep it up. The breakfast is delicious, my favorite is the chicken porridge. The downside is that the towels and bedsheets are not all white (dull). I've asked for a replacement but none of them are clean white, it seems like they're old and need to be replaced considering this is a 4-star hotel, except for 2-star hotels. And the swimming pool is small, yesterday when I stayed during high season it was very full, in the end my children and I didn't swim. Thank you, good luck and keep upgrading the shortcomings.

A comfortable hotel for family type rooms, only access must be via housing and not on the main road.

The location is a bit far from the convenience store, but the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The food was good with a decent variety of options. The room was clean and well-maintained. However, soundproofing could be improved as noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible, especially at night. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service. With some improvements to noise insulation, it would be excellent.

Comfortable hotel, perfect for healing

The staff was very friendly, and the check-in process, even with the extra bed added via WhatsApp, was very helpful, even though I was still traveling and tired. Thank you to the staff on duty.

The view from the room is good, you can see Mount Gede-Pangrango and Halimun-Salak if it's not foggy, you can jog around the hotel.

Overall, it's good. The Ibis Sentul Hotel is nice, close to the toll road, not far from Puncak, and free from traffic jams. However, for a staycation, the hotel's facilities aren't as comprehensive. However, because it shares the same management as Novotel, thankfully, we can use the gym and borrow bikes. That's a plus, as it allows access to facilities not available at Ibis. We can go to Novotel.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are all friendly and the food is delicious.

Everything is okay from the service, friendliness, cleanliness but I apologize for the comfort of the room, the rating is less because the Wi-Fi connection is slow to watch TV, it keeps loading, the exhaust doesn't suck up cigarette smoke even though the smoking room doesn't suck up cigarette smoke quickly, the bathroom shower is large but the outlet is small and the button for the switch from the large and small shower often comes off and needs to be repaired immediately so as not to endanger guests, thank you.
