All staff were pleasant and efficient. The refurbishment needed further attention. The air conditioning was inefficient or was not working.

It was good but need more cleaning or air fresheners in the room .

We found two dead cockroaches in the bed in the first night. There was on the floor and in the basin in the bathroom upon arrival, there was also empty alcoholic drink cans left on the balcony. We know it’s only a 3 star hotel but you would still expect your room to be clean and not have dead insects in your bed.

Room was old but clean. Nothing off putting about the place. Price was very fair.

The umit was clean and comfortable. It was the closest to a friend we wished to visit so very convenient. Not a place for a longterm stay but good for overnight.

I was disappointed that they had no plates or knives and forks in the rooms. The toilet roll dispenser did not have enough toilet paper in it. it also stated on their website that rooms have hairdryers. Mine did not. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work properly.

No one was there for check in, had to wait 15 mins for staff member. Room had no basics - no hand soap, no dish cloth in kitchen. Very run down. Balcony gutters coming off, looked unsafe. Second day of stay room code did not work so had to go back and get a new code from reception.

Simple maintenance repairs have not been attended to: the under sink cupboard door would not stay closed, the shower curtain rail was loose and coming away from the wall and the fly screen door did not run smoothly on its track. Also we had an issue with another car parking in our room designated carpark spot. Half of the car spaces were numbered for the room numbers, the other half were not numbered and so someone else parked in our space.

Nice clean room. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Difficult to operate TV (for me anyway). Only stayed one night, but everything I needed the room to be (except the TV). I arrived early and the reception lady had no hesitation in letting me into the room before 2pm, which was a great help and which I really appreciated.
