The staff is very kind and personable. The atmosphere is super chill. We really enjoyed the natural feel of the resort. It was a great location to transportation and places to eat. We will be back.

It was a very clean resort, golf carts to rent, scuba and snorkeling tours you can sign up for. There are no TVs in the rooms only one in the bar.

We had a great stay at Ramon's. The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout our visit. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant was also excellent, serving great food with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful!!

Let’s start with the good. The resort is gorgeous and in a perfect location. However, customer service was terrible, and that is being kind. Every time we interacted with the staff they acted like we were inconveniencing them. They were not helpful in any way. We expected much better from the level of resort it was and the price we paid. In addition we were not aware that the resort does not serve alcohol. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time as the website does not readily mention it. Also the rooms do not have TVs in them.

The most beautiful and relaxing resort in San Pedro! The grounds are gorgeous, rooms clean and comfy, staff is very nice, helpful, fun, and accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport by golfcart. We enjoyed the pool, rented our own golf cart for the week, ate at Pineapples several times - all were amazing! Although we got a golf cart to explore all of Ambergris Caye, we could have walked most places from Ramon's fantastic location. The wind pattern had caused a ton of sargassum to accumulate on the beaches, but Ramon's staff was diligent to remove it as quickly as possible. The beach was relatively clean the entire week (where at other resorts and restaurants, the sargassum just accumulated and caused stink and an eye sore). We couldn't have asked for a better place to be. It was a fabulous vacation. Thank you!!!

We loved Becky and Steve’s. It was like a jungle oasis right off the road.

Amazing place!

The water sports were wonderful! Tons to do on site. We enjoyed the excursions (snorkeling and fishing). Chefs cooked the fish we caught.walkable to lots od other places to try aa well. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Amazing all around

Everything was absolutely fabulous. Staff was absolutely perfect. Food was delicious. Air conditioning worked just fine. Once I figured out the remote. The location couldn’t have been more beautiful.

The property itself was beautiful but unfortunately at this time of year (early May) there was a lot of sargassum so we did not enjoy the resort's beach. The pool was a nice sub. The food at the local restaurants in San Pedro were better than the resort's restaurant but it was convienent and decent. Important to note that at the resort bar and restaurant they do not sell any hard liquor, only beer and wine. In comparison to another 4 star Belizian resort we had just stayed at, we did feel it was not as luxurious but overall clean, beautiful views, and fun diving experiences available.

We stayed at Steve and Becky’s and loved having our own area and pool but with access to the main site. Good food and drink options.

Menu was very eclectic with a wide veriety offerings. The dive shop and staff as well as dive guilds and dive masters where very knowledgeable and experienced. The A/C was very adequate for comfort. This has been a wonderful experinces for me wife and me. We will surly recommend to others.

Beautiful property. You feel like you're away from the busy city. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sargassum can be an issue but they cleared the beach quickly and often. No fishy smell compared to other resorts. Tropical Al's had delicious drinks. We didnt sit down to eat at Pineapples but got take out to eat on the beach. Food was great. We would definitely book there again.

Well maintained property with excellent amenities - especially if you’re looking to dive/ snorkel.

An oasis on San Pedro. The thatched cabanas were delightful, the landscape and care was phenomenal.
