Check in was super slow. Had me look at the room before even checking in (which I should have known from there it was bad). Then when I finally decided to stay my room key didn’t work (which the lady said she fixed) I trusted her. Then I went out later that night and got locked out again at 5 in the morning. Didn’t get into my room until 8AM. Was terrible and NOBODY should stay here. Feels very unsafe as well with the people who stays there.

My experience there was a 4/10. Didn't get a king size bed like I paid for online. Then my key card to open the room door hardly work and I would have to waste 5mins of my time fidgeting with it just to open my room door. Also had to pay an additional deposit fee that I wasn't expecting to pay when I got to my hotel room. The ac in my room wasn't working great and I was hot most of the time.

This was a total rip off neither Expedia or Discovery has refunded us any of our money for not staying here. We were willing to pay for the first day without even staying there and getting back the remainder. You have no way other than texting them to comunicate or even get into the front office.Even though we paid extra for Hotel Booking Protection. It was more of a flop house with drug deals in the parking lot. Strong urine smell, ciragrette and pot smell in the hallway, open on both ends to the outdoors. It was a third world expierence, not a vacation spot. We ended up hunting on RT. 192 looking for somewhere to stay. This was a very scray place to be, nothing like in the pictures. Worst part, we thought Expedia was a reputable company to deal with. I guess we were wrong, no help from them. Why would anyone rent two different hotel for the same date and clearly shown on our Discover Card. Ruin our whole vacation. Would NEVER use Expedia ever again. Note we never stayed here not even one night but was willing to pay one night for cancelation reasons. You would be better to sleep in Walmart parking lot until you found something. Lucky we found the Budget Inn in St. Cloud. Extremely clean, on site host, safe, well lite, everything to stay very comforable but no pool. Maintance man at the dump (Stayable) said the pool there was not open yet anyway. It was a sad experience. I highly recommend Budget Inn, St. Cloud, Fl. Owner run and very nice good people.

The only problem i had was the extra time it took to check in and the door didn’t open right away with the key card.

Upon entering the facility, I drove around and saw overflowing garbage cans outside of rooms, many broken salt on sliding doors, abandoned rooms filled with old mattresses and furniture, very dirty windows and many sketchy people living here. I decided not to stay

The room was clean and big. Everything was good at a low price.

I got there she had me check the room before checking in, I went in stuff was broken every where, I went back to her said I need another room and she had again go check another room and it was decent. I stepped out and realized I left my room key inside my room. I got back the office was closed reached out to a number that was listed on the door and nothing, I tried everything and nobody came around to assist me. I had to book another hotel somewhere else. Not worth it. The worse .

They show a 699 sq ft studio room as available and I booked it just to find out when I showed up that the room I payed for doesn't even exist. I was put in a standard 2 bed room without any apologies or reduced payment. The room had no pillows or blankets in it and I was unable to reach a staff member to bring me any until the next day. The room did have a large amount of roaches in it though

The staff are nowhere to be found if you actually require some assistance, but they'll be banging on your door 3 minutes after checkout time trying to charge you $25 for a late check out. If you haven't left by then.

This is NOT a RESORT type hotel. It's very dirty with black mold growing in the bathroom and roaches running around EVERYWHERE. This hotel is mostly occupied by the less fortunate among us, many with young children and this hotel is, unfortunately, their home.

My car was broken into right outside my room. I advised the staff of this and received no assistance whatsoever. Not even a sorry to hear that. Also they were unwilling to pull the camera footage for me

The pool has been closed for at least 6 months with no mention in their listing

Haven for homeless junkies. This hotel doesn't care about your safety. I watched multiple homeless people simply enter random, empty rooms and stay in them. The staff doesn't even notice.

Black mold growing in the bathroom. Roaches everywhere else.

Horrible, uncaring and rude front desk staff.
