My first stay here was disappointing considering the room quality for the price. The bathroom smelled constantly; even after housekeeping cleaned it again, the smell returned shortly after. I think it was coming from the pipes – the smell was really bad. The room size and layout were also cramped, making it feel claustrophobic. I recommend selecting the non-smoking option when booking. I booked a family room but got a smoking room on the 7th floor, and the cigarette smell was very strong in the hallway. The best thing about this hotel is the swimming pool. My kids loved it, and so did I. Everything else was just okay. Many other hotels in Pattaya of the same caliber have better pools, but the pool is undeniably amazing – the kids loved it. It's a clean saltwater pool, and the security is excellent with lifeguards on duty at all times – that was very impressive. The food was standard for a hotel, and the iced milk tea was delicious. The kids' club is very small, but my kids still enjoyed it. The organization was good, with limited playtime in 30-minute sessions.
