I had a family member at the hospital so rented this hotel for convenience. Checkin whent fast, it was clean and the breakfast was great!

Its too far to carry all our things from the parking lot to the side door. There is no water or coffee in the rooms (though there is a coffee maker!) and breakfast starts too late for travellers. We had to leave before 7 am. We have stayed twice and this was our last time.

Felt safe, secure parking lot, good location. No room amenities like a fridge or microwave and not enough towels

The hotel is close to highway 15 away from center. Hotel did not provide towels during my stay. I was never able to get a hold of receptionist. I had to walk twice to lobby for towels. I finally got pool towels. Only one receptionist during high season. Pool is small and crowded. Breakfast was fine. Area is close to major stores. There weren’t many restaurants with in walking distance.

This is an average hotel but with some points that make it hard to justify rebooking. The basics are covered: the bed is comfortable enough, the place is clean and it receives families. Although they clean the floors the cleaner they use made the floor sticky, there were other things that weren't entirely of our liking, let's say that the room looked tired and unloved. The breakfast was dire, all was uniformly cheap and nasty, the people working there were very busy but the produce was off better quality in the Oxxo across the road, we decided not to eat here after our first breakfast. The hotel is close to several acceptable restaurants including some decent fast food ones in a shopping center a few minutes nearby (walkable distance but wear stable shoes), a taxi will take one everywhere in town in 15 or 20 minutes. I booked this place only because town was full due to the solar eclipse, I would have preferred something closer to the beach, they made a killing for that weekend (prices higher than far superior hotels in London let's say) but they lost the opportunity to cause a good impression on visitors.

The staff did not speak any English so the language barrier was hard. Also the beds were uncomfortable. It was any easy last minute hotel to book to have accommodation.

The hotel is terrible. The rooms are very small. The hotel did not have enough towels for the number of guests. The breakfast in the morning was cold and flavorless. The staff was nice but they can't fix this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sleep Inn Hotel. It was easy to find, great location. The gate security man was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again
