It was exactly what I had requested when booking: a nice room with an amazing view... and when I actually got that room, I felt like I'd received a huge gift, I was so happy... The staff was friendly, access was easy, and the food at the hotel was delicious... My kids and I walked from the hotel to Jonker Street. We were treated to beautiful, aesthetic views, and delicious riverside food and drinks. We stopped every now and then to eat and take photos... If I ever go back to Malacca, I'd definitely stay here again...

There is an adult pool, a children's pool, and a children's play pool.

The rooms are nice, fully equipped, and there's a swimming pool.

I didn't expect to get a room as good as this for only 500 thousand rupiahs, a nice view of Melaka city, delicious restaurant food and very close to the Melaka River Cruise stop.

Price is affordable and includes breakfast. Location and view are amazing.

All I can say it's worth the price paid. Buffet breakfast is together with guests from the next door hotel (Swiss Garden) so I feel it's quite worth it. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but the room was huge and have space to perform solat in the room. Only issue I had was with Aircon. The aircon is quite old and dated hence the cooling took quite some time to make the room cold. Nonetheless, we used the room only for sleep and shower. So it's worth the price with breakfast!

It's really the best, highly recommended, very good staff service, large pool, clean and comfortable rooms, just a little bit of a headache on parking, but it's really good, will repeat again

Not worth at all for the money. Bathroom was super dirty with mold around. Rooms very smelly. Only space big without any additional fixtures for a suite. Booked and paid for 4, with mentioned free breakfast. At hotel told it's only for 2 free breakfast. Booked and paid for 4, towels only provided free 2. Additional was asked to pay rm 10 for a towel. 0 rating for this stay. Will not be staying anymore

The waiting time for lift was terrible😫

This is my first and last stay at this hotel. When we were about to check out, we had to wait nearly an hour for the elevator. I have two babies, and the elevator was terrible, so we had to use the stairs instead.

Want to stay again soon. Very nice and very good. Its pool as well.

All is awesome 👍😎. I stay for 3 days 2 nights, Room so comfortable and clean. Swimming pool also very good like playground and kids so happy., 😁 I also have dinner at sky dine for my anniversary, and the food nice.

very bad, the room is dirty, the aircond is not cold, the elevator is also very long to wait. House keeping did not clean the room even though I was told. Anyway, sorry to sleep here.

They don't refill the toileteries if you don't request it, they don't clean the room everyday compared to other hotel, the toilet is so smelly, the lift is so suck. Only 3/6 lifts function. Everything new to notify them.

The hotel location is close to the water taxi, unfortunately the hotel lobby smells bad, the corridor to the room is dirty, the room looks old.

I just share things that what can be improve:-1. Carpark sign not clear and the sign so dull. 2. This is the worst, the iron in room is so cheap that the wrinkles still there even ironing the same spot. 3. Room too gloom. 4. Breakfast not so many heavy food.

Highly recommended for families.
