Breakfast is good for the price. Takes time to take the lift, maybe because it is a public holiday. Overall good stay.

The room is comfortable and has a good view through Melaka Strait.

Worst stay ever. Paid for a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub is not functioning. The toilet smells like sewer. The bed linen has some yellowish stains, and the floor has water stains and is dusty.

suitable for a large family, we are 4 people but took 3 rooms because we have children.. it was very crowded during sahur, the food ran out quickly

Big room! Nice view. Good location, but the lift was terrible. Need to wait 15-20 minutes, always fully loaded. Special service.

I love everything about this hotel. The only problem is the lift. Taking forever.

The only drawback is that cash deposits are not available because if someone from outside wants to transfer, they can't, so they have to go to another hotel to pay the deposit and if they have checked out, they have to go there again to get the deposit. That's the only drawback, otherwise it's very good, I've stayed here twice.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast has lots of variety and is tasty. They keep topping up when it's less. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It was exactly what I had requested when booking: a nice room with an amazing view... and when I actually got that room, I felt like I'd received a huge gift, I was so happy... The staff was friendly, access was easy, and the food at the hotel was delicious... My kids and I walked from the hotel to Jonker Street. We were treated to beautiful, aesthetic views, and delicious riverside food and drinks. We stopped every now and then to eat and take photos... If I ever go back to Malacca, I'd definitely stay here again...

There is an adult pool, a children's pool, and a children's play pool.
