Not satisfied with the way the room was booked. As a user, how do we know that the room booked is a boutique room, because it only shows Seafest Hotel. There should be a clear notification from the vendor or something like that. This is for the hotel's information as well, because this is confusing to users.

Friendly hotel staff and delicious food

I have been staying in seafest regularly, because of the pool. Yet this time its disappointing as I didn't get a fridge and an iron in my room. Food was not bad. Anyways, things couldve been better just like the last time we stayed, but this time I felt dissapointed with the service.

The air-condition was not cooling.

I stayed at this hotel just to enjoy the swimming pool facilities so that my children are happy. Other than that, I don't think it 's worth staying at this hotel. This hotel is quite expensive for a small town only because the toilets are quite old and smell musty, the rooms are still old, the parking is very limited and the most disappointing is the breakfast because my daughter has to pay an additional fee of RM15. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there were no pastries available. Other facilities such as the gym and sauna were not used because there was no time to use them. I hope there will be a hotel in Semporna that has a swimming pool because I don't like this hotel anymore.

The room price is not compatible with the quality of the room and food provided during breakfast buffet.

Comfortable good For family Vacation.

the staff are friendly. But, we found hair on the bathroom floor in our room & one of the glass at the kettle have a stain.

I am booking for 2 room.. room 1 is twin bed and room 2 is queen bed.. but I am get both of room is twin bed.. very disappointed because already book and given to other guest.. I hope this will not happened again..
