I booked months in advance; requested the same apartment that I had on my previous visit (since I knew it was decently appointed) and have a message form the manager indicating I would get this apartment. Instead, I was offered two "upgrades" upon arrival. While both were larger, one was in the basement (like living in a cave), the other was on the top floor (larger but middle of summer with no air conditioning) but poorly appointed. My German friends were waiting for me so, as not to inconvenience them further, I accepted this 2nd apartment. About the only good thing I can say about this stay is that the location is perfect for me, the price is barely reasonable (subjective for what was delivered),a nd the bed was comfortable. Beyond that, I can't rally recommend the place. Both times I stayed here the management and staff seemed disconnected/distracted.

Nice tidy place to stay with good breakfast. It's very close to the Telekom main headquarters.

spacious and quiet

Very nice rooms, very clean. But the hotel is fairly far from the centre of town, and the tram is a 10-15 minute walk. It is somewhat disorganized, they didn't return my jacket when I had it pressed, and they didn't have a record of my reservation when I arrived.

Das Frühstück ist mit 24,00 €/Person und Tag einfach zu teuer. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht.

Ich war zum wiederholten Mal in der Post, und jedesmal sehr zufrieden.

Wir fanden das alles schon sehr schön, allerdings hat uns an manchen Ecken so ein bisschen die Liebe gefehlt. Kann aber auch sein, dass wie überall Personal fehlt und man sich auf das Hauptsächliche konzentrieren muss.

Very good location..close to the tram. Very good staff. The only issue is that the room was on the roof e there is no air conditioning. So the room is really hot!

Sauberes, gut geführtes Hotel in Ramersdorf. Kürzlich renovierte Zimmer mit ordentlichen Standard. Lediglich die fehlende Ablage unter dem Badezimmerspiegel macht die morgendliche Toilette etwas mühselig. Gut bestücktes Frühstücksbüffet, was mit 16€ aber so gerade noch im Rahmen ist. Straßenbahn nach Bonn Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Das Zimmer oberhalb der Küche mit einer Türe die nicht dicht ist; furchtbar.

Großes, sauberes Einzelzimmer, guter Service und freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal / Inhaber. Restaurant mit kleiner, feiner Karte und schmackhaften Gerichten.

Zimmer war okay, allerdings konnte nur eine Person an der Esstheke sitzen
