This is the first time our family stay here. We can say that maybe this is the best hotel so far, in their level surely. Did not expect that the room was so spacious and the amenities is great. Very attention to the detail where other hotels are trying to reduce the amenities, Four Points still prioritizes comfort for customers. We really appreciate that. It's gonna be our favourite while in Bandung and we'll come back for sure. Keep up the good work!

the room is spacious with a view of Bandung, the hotel is clean, the staff is super duper friendly and pleasant, during breakfast the children are also happy because the staff helps them make toy shapes from balloons. the food is delicious and varied.

All is good enough, but the lobby for pick up and drop off is a bit small and needs attention.

Pros: the hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful regarding extra bed requests. Cons: parking and lobby drop off are very limited.

The room smelled of cigarettes. Asked to move rooms but couldn't, they said it was full. They said they would treat me but I went back to the room and it still hadn't been treated.

Recommended, if you go on holiday, come back to this hotel.

The hotel is well placed in Dago area, in walking distance to good cafe places, restaurant, shops etc. I highly recommend walking around the area of the hotel and enjoy the chill weather of Bandung. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and it's a good choice to stay with the family. A couple of points to improve: - breakfast: even if the taste of the food is good, the variety of disheses offered is smaller compared to other Four Points hotels that I've been to. - it's extremely long to wait for an elevator if the hotel is busy. There were a couple moments when we prefered to take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. When we will return to Bandong for sure we will keep this hotel in mind.

A really highly recommended hotel, worth booking, you won't be disappointed, close to everywhere, the hotel atmosphere really makes you feel like you're on vacation, the staff are really friendly + and the elevators are super fast but unfortunately there are only 2 so it takes a long time to wait for your turn to go up and down.
