Property was nice! Poor execution on proper check in instructions. Need a better method or actual check in desk. Instructions are sent in Portuguese and number that was required to use to check in was not working.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything that you need. It was Christmas Day when we checked in but the staff came to meet us despite it been a holiday. He showed and briefed us about the apartment. Thank you and highly recommend this place if you are coming to Lisbon.

The Oriente is perfect for visitors to the local conference center. Should you wish to visit the old city or other Lisbon destinations, the Oriente metro line is a 10 minute walk. The area is safe and the apartment was very clean. The APT INN team will meet you there and run you through everything.

The studio apartment was exactly as described, accessing communication to check in and get into the building was very easy and convenient.

We stayed in this fabulous apartment for 6 days. Safe location, 5 minutes walk to train station and the malls nearby. It's just another 3 minutes walk from the mall to the seafront. The view from the apartment is speechless. For sure we will come back on our next trip to Lisbon. We arrived late that night due to the easyJet flight was delayed. Thank you Kristina, she waited for us downstairs. It was 11pm when we arrived, thank you so much!! Mike

Super friendly and available staff and lovely location but the apartment clearly needs renovation. Not a single window blind worked properly and there was no hot water my first three days until it was repaired…

Property was good if you dont mind a very late and slow check-in process.

This property exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment was spacious and clean and in a great location.

Roomy, clean and new unit. Not near center of town but we chose it because of its proximity to the airport for early flight out next morning.

Location was super perfect from airport metro and some sight seeing locations and customer service response was shockingly prompt and complete even by Portugal standards.. some furniture in the property needs ongoing maintenance

Great apartment near the Exhibition centre. Safe and great location. I however was not given the address of the place inspite of emailing the property 4-5 times. Also not available on whatsapp which is unbelievable in todays world and which makes communication harder. Also , deposit rules are a bit sticky.

Great stay. Very comfortable room and near the park nações station area. No complaints.

Amazing location. Right in the centre of the arena and expo parks and on the metro line. Loads to do in the area. Great choice of bars and restaurants

Perfect location, near the train and close to the Mall where you could find food markets.

Nice apartment but fell far short of expectations. It was the nicest place we stayed while in portugal but was almost triple the price of any other place. You would think for the cost you would at least have coffee. Tv but hardly any channels available. Only basic furnidhings not even coffee table in living room and walls were bare. Bedrooms very small. Not same unit as advertised. Security not helpful at all. alarm went off and message in Portuguese and all he kept saying was was call owner who we messaged but did not get a response. When we left we asked for taxi that could take 6 people security insisted there was none which we knew was not right as we had used them so ended up getting 2 cabs. Overall nice place but extremely overpriced we were expecting alot more.
