This place is convenient for my business trip. The windowless room is okay. However, I forgot my key card when I left. Borrowing a key card to open the door resulted in a ridiculously long wait in line, even though the procedure only takes a few seconds. I waited 20 minutes. Not a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff, especially the manager, were friendly and very helpful. While the lobby may seem simple, the location is attractive, close to many restaurants and other amenities.

Stayed here when they first opened. I was one of their very first guests and they are doing a good job maintaining the room and service. I hope they keep the free minibar and bring back the 333.

I’d also like to mention Kash, Aiden, and Ethan, who were all very pleasant during check-out. Aiden was especially friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated his warm attitude. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, easy to reach, lots of restaurants and coffee places around it can be reached on foot, close to the big river that divides Ho Chi Minh City, the cleanliness of the rooms is good and the breakfast is quite varied and delicious.

Clean rooms! However the food was very bad. Steak with sour food - after eating it was gone! The kitchen admits and offers to buy medicine and get 30% off all services! However, when I got my signature on the bill, I only reduced the price of that meal by 30%, and ignored the supply of medicine! Bad service! Quite blatant

I enjoyed my stay here rooms always very clean and fresh. Had to top up to a room with nicer view after I booked a room with no windows. Gym is very small and old enough for a short pump up. Pool is on the roof and small. Staff is nice and friendly throughout my stay. Parking is available in front of the house. Overall I can recommend it. Will come back thanks Bay Hotel and its team!
