The hotel is really in front of the tram station and making my movement really easy. The staffs are really helpful and very kind!

The location is only two tram stops from Zurich airport which makes this hotel is perfect for transit or short stay. The facilities are standard.

The lady at the reception was not friendly. I knew and read that guest can put the room key in check out box. I just want to get printed invoice. Bad customer service. She said it with unfriendly voice and face.

This hotel is very comfortable, the location is very close to the airport, the service is satisfactory and it is close to public transportation.

The room is very small. Can't even open the luggages. The shower door is a see through glass. Its a mistake to book this room.

Staff sangat ramah dan profesional. Proses check in dan check out sangat cepat dan easy. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan halte trem, dari bandara naik trem berhenti di halte ketiga, lalu nyebrang jalan kaki sangat dekat.

Very Bad Experience stay 3 Night at Zurich ibis Budget. Receptionist name Aby is Very Very Rude, Not Friendly and Not Welcoming Guest Nicely. The Room is Small, the Air Condition is Not Working, make it Very Hot inside the Room. Very Far to get to the Central Zurich it is 30 menit by Tram (30 Stop), and the Airplane kept Flying Passing the Top of the Hotel, making it very Noisy at Night. The Only Upside to it is the other Reception named Alexandria is a Very Nice and Friendly person. Not Recommended!

Get a fairly spacious room. Unfortunately in the room there is no kettle for cooking hot water.

Very close to the tram stop, really just a few steps from the hotel. The room is not too spacious but okay. The only thing that was a little lacking was the pillow, only 1, and the pillow was really flat. But overall a great experience, the important thing is that the room is clean 👍🏻.

2 tram stops from Zurich Airport. 10 minutes from Zurich Airport to city by train. Plenty of shops and supermarkets in Zurich Airport. Small room. Very clean. Counter staff allowed me to check in at 10am after I told them we were tired after 12 hours flight.

Very close to the airport. The room is nice. It just that I got the room in level -1. So there 's no view. And would be good if they provide kettle in the room. Overall it 's a very very good place for transit.

Very close to the tram stop, to the airport is also very close, only 2 tram stops are different, from the city also only need to ride once the tram drops directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are also comfortable and not cramped.

The ibis budget Zurich airport dispose of a luggage room and you can storage your bags here. The renting of the lockers is not free of charge and depends on how long you want to leave the bags. Just inform the reception at the check out time ! CHF9.- per day and 20.- for the deposit for the locker key with a max. of 3 days."

The room and other public facilities were very clean. It was a small but nice room to stay. Although a little bit far from city center, this hotel is very near public transportation (tram no. 10) to Zurich Central Station.
