Staff very helpful

Always clean and tidy

Booked a basic hotel and that’s what I got, clean & warm. Perfectly fine for one night. Staff were absolutely lovely, especially Tina!

Room was clean but very basic (as expected, to be fair) - lots of plastic, no kettle, poor quality blinds instead of curtains. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, but what do you expect for £39? Parking easy - but you have to aware of which parking spaces are available - they are clearly marked up though.

Plenty of parking and easily accessed. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Very basic hotel but very clean and perfect for 1or 2 nights sleep. Basic means only the essentials in your room no tea/coffee, but great just to have a clean bed to sleep at a low cost. Loads of food for breakfast and endless drinks at £8.50 per head.

The kindest most welcoming receptionist on in the afternoons! Nothing is too much trouble for her!

Staff amazing, especially Tina, and the room was spotless.

Clean and comfortable, very warm in room, didn't have breakfast, easy to park. It's on a retail park with various shops and McDonald's and KFC and Costa so convenient.

The staff at this hotel are really supportive and efficient. Tina is really generous with her time and support.

Room was spotless. Staff were lovely and very obliging and friendly.

Avoid if possible. You can see where the pennies have been saved to make it 'budget'. Your only seat in the room is an upturned bucket, the locks that are meant keep people who aren't guests from going up to the rooms don't work, and although they advertise that late check-out is available (and promise when you arrive that it will be if you ask again in the morning), it never actually is.

The room was very clean, the shower was fantastic, and tge staff were lovely.
