The staff at ibis budget Orgeval was excellent during our stay, specifically Rudi. We had a car breakdown and he assisted us in getting our car towed to a local garage and assisted in any possible way to make this unexpected challenge car breakdown less stressful for our entire family. Thank you very much!

The room was clean, staff was friendly but the shower and toilet are very minimalistic, you have to hold the shower head in your hand while showering. Breakfast was terrible, the fruit was disgusting, bread with jam and a croissant were the only other options. It is a budget hotel so you should not be surprised by this, but I have stayed in other ibis budget hotels that were a lot better.

The room is fine for a one night stay given. We were greatly assisted by Schainez, who checked us in smoothly and took extra time to showus how to pay the motor way toll online ( a new feature in France).

We booked this hotel despite looking at the reviews and we are quite satisfied with this hotel. Pros: - It is value for money - the hotel is quite quiet, at least we didn't really hear any noises during our stay - receptionist guy speak limited English but we can still communicate, and he's quite friendly as well - we thought we'll get a dirty and messy room after reading all the reviews but we got a really clean room -bed is comfy -water pressure is strong and shower is hot - they have breakfast on site but we didn't try it - plenty of free parking on site -Mcdonald within walking distance if you need something to eat late night Cons: -room is quite small for 2 so can't imagine what's it like for 3 people to stay in this room because we took a 3 person bedroom for the 2 of us -the AC doesn't really work, but it was cooling enough for us - no toiletries provided except for a 3 in 1 shampoo -when we first enter the room it smells kind of humid, especially the bed and pillows but after we open the window, it was fine
