A really excellent budget hotel north of Leicester. Simple rooms, but clean with great showers and working aircon. The dinner and bar selection was very good and the front desk / serving staff were excellent. Makes you wonder why people pay more for a Premier Inn...

Excellent stay

The bed was really comfy and the shower was hot. Basic room but was clean. The only thing is it has to be oven like temperatures before they activate the A/C in the rooms. Otherwise it’s a table top fan and a window that won’t fully open and then lets noise in from the petrol station next door.

Good basic no frills hotel. Rooms and very small but quiet. Annoying that they charge for parking but don't police the car park for diesel vans in electric car spaces and disabled spaces. Out of a generous 8 electric parking bays 5 of them had been used by diesel and petrol vehicles

Friendly welcome at reception. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the shower was decent. Plenty of parking for a £5 charge and also ev chargers available.

It was nice but the room did smell of smoke

Breakfast was not good. Only 2 pieces of bacon left and 1 hash brown. Also was never told they charge you an extra £20 for checking in before 3pm. Luckily the receptionist did have a room ready so gave it to me without charging. This is something to look out for.

Basic accommodation but the room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

An enjoyable stay & a very comfortable bed to sleep in, 😴 really recommended this place to stay & convenient to many locations

Much better than I thought. Even complimentary coffee and tea in the bar area. Well worth the price!
