We really loved the location the view the hotel was very nicely design. The Mediterranean style really fit the vibe. The food was excellent. The service staff was inefficient understaffed, and it was hard to get service. The front desk personnel was professional and amazingly friendly every time all time. Hi I’m 11. I’m the kid who went to the Kids program. The kids program is great and they give you time to explore and they give you a lot of attention. They have fun activities planned every day and at the end of the night every night they have disco tech at 8:30 tonight.. I would like to mention some of the staff members, Greta, Sophia, Vincenzo, Maxine and Elena I felt safe there and they acted as friends. I will come back.

Great destination for a family with young kids

The hotel is beautifully designed and the location is stunning. The beach at the hotel is beautiful with different areas to explore and water sports on offer. Kento restaurant overlooks the sea with spectacular views and the food and service were great. We travelled to the hotel with our two children, 4 and 7 years, and they loved it. The kids club staff were great and very attentive, particularly Mateo and Maxi. There is a disco every night which they loved, along with movie nights. The activities are fun and engaging. The breakfast options at the hotel were great, annd there was even a juice station where you could make your own juice each morning, although towards the end of our stay it seemed to get quite busy and slightly understaffed. Dinner was great and the setting really was exceptional. It did feel slightly repetitive after several nights, particularly the options on the BBQ, although by the food served was delicious. Staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, the only downside was the service at the pool and beach which was slow, and the pizzeria was terribly staffed and unorganised. The pizza however was great. The gym at the hotel does not feel like a five star. It is tired and doesn’t feel clean. Every morning we had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on which wasn’t ideal for a gym that’s supposed to be 24 hour. There was hardly any mats and the ones that were these were dirty and worn. Overall the hotel and location were great.

Loved it 😍

Lots of children activities. Staffs were very attentive at kids club, especially David. Private beach access. Food was nice, especially barbecue. House keeping staff were lovely. Only disadvantage is that drinks and beverage were on the expensive side in the bar.

We had no air-condition during a heat wave and were lied to constantly about getting this fixed. Communication was substandard sadly. Will never stay again.

Poorly managed - terrible service. Facilities are pretty good and despite everything we had a good time.

The staff were amazing. They provided excellent customer service. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. They offered a wide variety of food and all was extremely delicious. And the location on the water was fabulous.

Expensive and no good service And no good food

We ha an excellent experience with our teens there. The food was fantastic and the beach is breathtaking.

They sold us a "Two Bedroom Villa." In reality it was just two interconnecting bedrooms. Nothing villa about it. Otherwise the stay was wonderful.

It was amazing our stay. All their staff were super friendly and efficient, specially those from kids club. And room service. Also thumbs up to the restaurant and bar services. Ready to come back again.!

Nice hotel, great setting, good facilities. Beautiful beach. 1 area for improvement: F&B service on the beach is poor, we had to chase the waiters. Clearly a missed opportunity.

Lovely hotel, spectacular beach setting, slightly 80s in design, but otherwise very beautifully decorated in neutral tones. Probably more for families than singles, couples as lots of kids running around.

Exceptional property and room styles, proximity to beach Cleanliness o beach but weed should be cleared The resort was closing, if you lay too still on a lounger you could have been packed away very small range of drinks available on last evening 50% staff helpful and friendly, 50% not

Lovely hotel along with a great staff. Clean and comfortable. What Expedia doesn't mention is that Breakfast and Dinner is included via buffet style. We are foodies so even though the food at the hotel was good, we wanted to try the various reaturants around.
