The room didn't match the description. I booked two rooms with two beds each, but received two very cramped single rooms. I actually booked a larger room. The staff said they would refund the money, but then later said they wouldn't and started making a fuss. Is this the kind of service you provide to customers? I usually stay here regularly, but this time it's unacceptable.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. There was a sign on the door saying housekeeping would clean every day at 9:00 AM, but there was none! I stayed for two nights, but they didn't refill the drinking water or change the towels. The breakfast menu wasn't very varied.

Good and convenient. I'm familiar with this place. I haven't found anywhere else better. I like that it's near the hotel. There are vendors selling gourami fish, fermented fish chili paste, jaew bong, and vegetables. And walk a bit further, near the main branch of the Government Savings Bank. There are vendors selling many delicious and inexpensive things. I like to eat Saba fish rice.

Staff assigned my room at top floor of building, which is very hot come from outside. Air cond. Is unable to resist. Room was clean. Location is 10 minute walk as not that too far.

The hotel though minimalist, is clean and cleaned every day. Close to snacks and food, also Big C. Recommended!

ลง bts สะพานควายเดินผ่านบิ๊กซีไปเรื่อยๆจะเจอซอยสุทธิสารวินิจฉัยเลี้ยวเข้าซอยมา เดินอีกนิดนึงถึงโรงเเรมเเล้ว แต่ระยะทางจากbts มาก็พอสมควร รอบๆ โรงเเรมมีร้านอาหาร 7-11 ไม่ไกล เดินทางสะดวก มีป้ายรถเมล์อยู่หน้าโรงแรมด้วย ไปอนุเสาวรีย์ได้ ห้องตรงปก สะอาด เตียงนุ่ม สบาย แอร์เย็น มีไดร์เป่าผมให้ พัก 2 วัน แม่บ้านจะเคาะทำความสะอาด 10 โมง ถ้ามีโอกาสไปพักอีกค่ะ
