The air conditioner in the hotel is dead, and the bathroom is stinking.

The condition of the room was clean and I saw it myself indeed every day the bed cover and blanket were replaced and the room was cleaned, the owner was friendly and informative, the location was close to the Mekong River and several temples, from the airport by motorcycle to the outside of the airport 3 $.

My dad and I stayed in B52 for 5 days. And i'm glad that they're so helpful. The room is clean and the food tastes great! I really love all their food! 😍😍😍 esp fried rice! ❤️ Will recommend this hotel to everyone! 💕💕

The location is close to the Bali stalls and the Mekong River, the receptionists are friendly enough, the facilities are good

It was unexpectedly great, the staff was helpful. Because I had a problem with AC, the remote was missing but I asked them for turning on and they switched it for the new one. And they arranged me for tuk tuk ride to the Airport. The location is very good, on downtown Phnom Penh. They have hot water and locker for putting your stuff. Every money was worth a night there. Definitely would love to stay here again if I make a visit someday in Phnom Penh.

Staff friendly, enthusiastic and honest. Room quality is good, clean. Nearly a number of dusty tourist spots in Phnom, will stay if you go next time
