Crocobeach is super nice! Very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, beach front and a few minutes away from the mall.

The hotel offers excellent accommodations for those seeking to enjoy the beaches of Fortaleza. Right across the street from various beach clubs, the hotel provides a wonderful continental breakfast and professional, courteous service from all its staff. And it´s only a 15-minute drive to downtown Fortaleza!

So the overall experience was good… great breakfast and great restaurant. The room was clean but the bathroom fan would leak water every time it was turned on… don’t know why. AC was great… but I also never got my hotels.com VIP silver bonuses… such as free drinks or discount to park so that’s why it left me lacking… paid for extras and didn’t get them.

It was clean, breakfast is the best ever!! The pool and the croco complex are great.

The staff in the hotel was friendly and very polite, but the guests were very noisy, and the room had some problems in the bathroom!

This hotel is a 4 star . I don’t understand the 9.2 evaluation is was showing on line . The staff is not friendly at all . The food is not that good. There were dirty dishes with left over food left at the stairs for days . It was starting to smell garbage. The area around the hotel has nothing to offer after 5:30 pm . There are no restaurants or places to go . Either you take a taxi and go to a different area or you are stuck at the hotel. Not a good idea to walk at night . I wish I had found a honesty, complete review before I went there . If I ever go back, I would stay at Meireles /beira mar area .

We had high expectations for our stay and the hotel surpassed every single one of them. What a great and competent team. We stayed there for one week and I have zero complaints.

The hotel is across the street from Prai do Futuro beach. They have their own large beach club 2 blocks down the street with umbrellas, chairs, pool and beverage and food service. We loved the beach and club and we spent all day there. The hotel is modern with good air conditioning. And affordable. At night there are 2 outdoor restaurants across the street. Otherwise you will need to take a taxi to Beira Mar beach for 5 dollars and there are plenty of bars and restaurants over there. Or to the Rio Mar mall for the hsrd rock cafe. We enjoyed our 5 day stay and will return.

Fantastic large room with great balcony and view. Good service and breakfast. Balcony doors didn’t seal properly so a bit noisy.

I had a pleasant stay. The WiFi can be improved on the speed but other than that it was a great time. The location is excellent! Staff was very attentive, I felt catered to well.

Great place to stay and we would definitely book at this Hotel again. The bar by the pool was a plus. After a day at the beach , you can relax at the pool and have a cocktail or caipirinha (local Brazilian cocktail).Gibson Sobrinho was awesome and was always there to help and serve with a smile and great service. Camilo Lima , the manager went out of his way to always please us in any way he could. Rafael was also great and Artur the General Manager was great. Definitely pay ahead for half board (dinner) .The different menu every day was excellent and well above our expectations and so was breakfast every morning.

Loved the proximity to Praia do Futuro. Check-in and service was great. The pool was excellent, and breakfast quite good. Our room wasn't so nice. We had damaged tile on the floor, the sliding glass door to the balcony wouldn't close completely, and the bathroom was in disrepair (fixtures) and not super clean (mold). Crocobeach Barraca was fun as far as atmosphere is concerned, but the seafood platter for dinner was disappointing. Overcooked and not fresh.
