Had the suite and it was great

Had a great 2 days. Front desk were very friendly and helpful,special mention to the young gentleman who rang around and found a pub showing premier league game I wanted to watch.

Nice place, at a reasonable price. I let them know that the way the shower is set up, the water floods the bathroom. A shower curtain will fix that v

The front staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very large and comfortable.

Above all else the staff are very friendly and always welcome you with a lovely happy greeting. It is a bright, clean and comfortable hotel.Nice and modern with a minimalist feel. The fact that they give beach towels in your room is a bonus. If I had a criticism it would be (in the room we stayed) that the wardrobe is very tall so not only is it a stretch to reach the hanging rail but also makes the room feel a little claustrophobic. It has a quite a large window but its not quite enough. We didn't have a balcony so you get what you pay for. I suspect a sea view with balcony would be a good option. Breakfast offers good choices. Remember these are our own views but overall its a lovely hotel opposite the beach.

Na verdade, o atendimento de todos foi excelente, com exceção do Nicola o que me levou a avaliar o staff como ruim. No início ele pareceu bem solícito, mas quando eu tentei, no meu direito, sair um dia antes da reserva, ele levou para o lado pessoal, o que é inaceitável em um profissional do turismo, e passou a me ignorar e me tratar com indiferença. O frigobar não gelava e ele me disse que era somente para 2 ou 3 latas(!?) ou poderia "fundir" o aparelho. O Ar Condicionado não pode ser regulado pelo hóspede, ele disse que é ligado quente e frio de acordo com as estações. Eles não trocaram os lençóis um dos dias, acabou o sabonete líquido e não foi trocado ou completado, o vidro do banheiro vazava muita água e teve que ser reparado duas vezes para dar certo, molhando o piso intereiro, a descarga travava e se nós não tivessesmos visto iria vazer direto. O aquecedor de toalhas não funcionava e o hotel é muito barulhento. Enfim, não recomendo ficar neste hotel.
