The food is first rate and the hotel has amazing views. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit tired but clean.

We enjoyed our short vacation there. There are a lot of hiking trails near by. The room was clean and fairly quite, the pool and steam sauna were nice, the mountains view was gorgeous, breakfast and dinner were delicious. I’d like to highlight the top quality service in the restaurant. The staff was amazing. Hope to visit this place again.

Room was not nearly as nice as in photo online. Carpet was old and worn. The terrace view is lovely and the overall location was convenient for sports.

Great position. Make absolutely sure you get a room facing the view, not the car park. There's no point staying in this hotel if you're in a room facing the car park. I recommend you go for the half board (breakfast and dinner) option instead of breakfast only, as the extra price for dinner is very reasonable. The indoor pool is great. Staff very helpful. Like many hotels, however, the hot food at breakfast usually isn't hot. Mostly it's lukewarm, sometimes just cold. Cold sausages, eggs and pancakes are not pleasant. At dinner, make sure you sit st the table with your room number on it or you'll be told off by staff. At breakfast you can ignore the room numbers! Dumb. Free pickup from and return to the train station about 2 km away. It was this benefit that made us choose this hotel. About 10 to 15 minute walk to the cable car station and the supermarket.

Good location, within walking distance to ski slopes. Great toboganning rides for families and kids. Service was amazing from everyone at the desk! Rooms a bit run down. Buffet food not amazing, but had a decent selection of food.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Haus ist etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, wird aber gut gepflegt. Sauberkeit ist selbstverständlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Komme gerne immer wieder.

Su relación calidad/precio está muy bien. Es un hostal muy grande. La habitación privada en la q nos quedamos (triple) estaba súper limpia u las camas cómodas (sin tirar cohetes tampoco). Si, nos tocó a nosotros tender la cama de la peque, pero esto es muy común en este tipo de alojamientos. Cocina común y lavandería. Servicio de bar 24h. Cerca de la estación de tren y a 15 min a pie del centro histórico.

Lage: In den Bergen mit schöner Aussicht, Natur, gesunder Luft und Ruhe, gelegen Zimmer: Saubere Zimmer verschiedener Kategorien. Bad sauber, bei unserer Kategorie Basic relativ klein, für uns ok. Kühlschrank und eine Sitzecke vorhanden. Betten gut. Service: Sehr aufmerksames, kompetentes, hilfsbereites Personal. Auf Allergien (Laktoseintoleranz) wurde umfassend reagiert. Vielen Dank noch mal an die Küche! Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Kommunikation: WLAN ausgezeichnet. Stabile Bandbreite.

Es war eine Schüler:innen-Gruppe im Hotel untergebracht, die bis 23.30 lärmend durch die Gänge gelaufen sind. Trotz Beschwerde an der Rezeption - Antwort: "Wir werden mit der Lehrerin reden" - war es am 2. Abend genauso laut wie am ersten. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte ich, dass für Nachruhe Sorge getragen wird, bzw. dass Schülerklassen gar nicht erst dort untergebracht werden.

Die Lage des Hotels - die Nähe zum Skilift ist sehr gut. Das Abendessen ist sehr schön angerichtet und auch sehr geschmackvoll. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
