The location is great, but it's a 19-story building with only 3 elevators, the interior of the room is run-down and bare, and by 8 am there's nothing left to eat.

My room was 35m2, with a nice oblique sea view. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bathroom was fully equipped, and had a separate bathtub. The restaurant's food was quite good, with rich flavors. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of dishes and some nice presentation. However, I didn't like the arrangement with the mirror opposite the bed; it's not good feng shui. The soundproofing at the entrance was terrible. When the doors of the neighboring rooms opened, it sounded like someone was entering my room. I was startled awake thinking someone had come in. I could clearly hear anyone walking or talking outside. I could hear everything the next room was doing. Another drawback was that the hotel required a 500k VND deposit upon check-in, which would be refunded if I didn't use any services. The electricity used touchless switches, which were difficult to use. Overall, for a 5-star hotel, this was not a good experience for me.

Everything is great except two problems: - Breakfast food is delicious but runs out quickly and can't be refilled, specifically beef cooked in wine sauce. - The hotel shares an elevator with the Cali Gym. Some guests who exercise compete for the elevator and wait for friends to enter the elevator for a long time even though there are small children in the elevator.

The room is very old, the wooden table top is peeling, the wallpaper is also peeling, it looks old, it is only in the center. My family rented 2 rooms for 3 nights, when checking out, I took the laundry bag in the room to put dirty clothes but the hotel staff said that the bag had to be paid for and could not be taken, so I returned it. I have also stayed in many 5-star hotels, usually they do not charge for the laundry bag in the closet, because guests usually take it to put dirty clothes to wash. I do not understand why this hotel wants to charge???

I stayed on June 3-4, 2024. On the second night, the lababo faucet for washing my face sprayed like a waterfall. Although it was fixed, it took a while. The staff only cleaned the area in the room, but the balcony was very dirty and covered with black dust. The room's soundproofing is very bad, you can clearly hear people talking outside. This is the second time I'm doing this job. I might have to consider it in the future because the equipment here is old.

Location near the beach, about 1km from the center of the Night Market, Tram Huong Tower. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with full surrounding amenities, convenient to move to the pier and nearby tourist attractions.

Only is the check in time is too strict. Only 2pm onwards. If you can let us Check in early is better, cause we reach Nah trang early morning, like 8am.
