One of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff was very warm and informative. One of the staff provided me with a room with the Burj Khalifa view! I was so surprised and grateful at the same time. They also provided shuttle bus facilities (for free) to go to Dubai mall and Future museum. The room was super clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well (but strangely enough, I could not do a whatsapp video call or Ig call-perhaps local regulation). Overall, I definitely recommend you to choose this hotel. The price was also okayish!

Staff was super friendly especially Numan! They were very accommodating to our requests. Location was good, prob a 4 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. Breakfast was good too!

This hotel is affordable with best location in downtown dubai. We manage to get room facing burj khalifa with price rm300+. Just walking distance to the Dubai Mall. I will recommend this hotel to all especially families and transit hotel, and I shall come and stay here again.

I love the environment of the hotel, lobby areas very relaxing, cinema, mini shop, starbuck and restaurants. All the staffs are very helpful (bell boys, receptionist and housekeeping) good services and good hospitality. Definitely I’ll stay again here at Rove Downtown.
