Great Location, close to the river, Neimeyer Center, the Plaza, dining, shopping. My room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a very nice stay here.

Good location

The first business trip I've enjoyed thanks to the wonderful staff and very clean facilities! They were very kind and helpful with directing me on where I needed to go and ensuring I got what I needed. Staff were also good at making recommendations on places to eat outside of the hotel. The food at the hotel was also very good. I've fallen in love with Spanish people more because of the person's I've met at this hotel and surrounding restaurants. I hope to visit again!

Hotel is centrally located down the street from Plaza Espana. Staff is extremely friendly at check-in and throughout. Free Wi-Fi is also very helpful. Rooms are simple, yet modern and most importantly very clean. For any additional questions walk across the street to Tourist Information. Also Free parking is available at the nearby train Train Station, which is convenient. Request an interior room for extra quietness since the hotel is on a semi-busy street.

Todo muy bien, llegas después del medio día tienen un sistema de check in con teléfono allí mismo, funciona bien, allí mismo aprietas un botón y te hace la llamada, luego te dan indicaciones El desayuno espectacular, las habitaciones pequeñas, pero muy limpias se oye un poco a los vecinos. Todo muy bien

Muy buena ubicación y la habitación muy cómoda y limpia.

Todo perfecto, excepto el desayuno un poco corto y mucho frío en el comedor

Staff

El hotel es pequeñito y las habitaciones no estan mal. Nos tocó una en la buhardilla con una vistas geniales a la obra de Niemeyer y quitando que en ciertas zonas te das contra el techo, por lo demás genial. Lo único con lo que no comulgo es con el hecho de que no hay recepción pasada cierta hora y es un engorro poder hacer check-in (entre llamadas, código, candados, llaves, etc). El trato del personal fue excelente eso sí!!!
