Not the quietest location with trams and buses outside. The room wasn't the cleanest, with splatter marks on the walls.

If you are visiting HUS hospital, this is the right place to stay! Supermarket is just right downstairs and you can get anything from there! The laundry is for free and the detergent is built in!

The hotel is clean , breakfast is ok , but definitely overpriced for the amenities. There is no gym , no ironing board or iron , rooms are small.

Everything was ok. Not the greatest ever, but ok an it mostly is enough. Good bang for buck.

Very bad coffee with No Fresh Milk. Amazing! Only small single services milk tetras. The quality or coffee and lack of fresh milk cannot be for given. That is the key element of any hotel breakfast. Also, some elderly lady wanted to ask something from the restaurant servers, who did not spoke Finnish. Again not acceptable when considering elder people cannot speak english, basically meaning there was No Service for them.

Reasonable value and facilities that the family enjoyed. Helpful reception staff. Breakfast lounge mostly helpful though could be more family friendly..

close to tram stop but still not close to city. supermarket is closeby but the selection is bad. toothbrush and others need to pay. hotel is not cheap.
