The hotel was great, just not close to the Frankfurt train station as indicated by my online search. But easy to reach Hbf via the S3, S4, or S5. The balcony was an added plus.

Staff didn’t speak a word of English, the hotel is dark and dingey and to top it off the cleaner walked in my room whilst having a morning dump.

The property looks completely different to pictures provided on the web! I was not able to use internet because of the poor connection. Hairdryer, broken and when asked for new one, they told me in 2h - actually never got one!

We had reserved three rooms but on arrival the man on reception was only able to find two. He shuffled papers for ten minutes until we told him to just give us a third room, any room would do, which he did (and could have done straight away). Otherwise, rooms were clean and tidy. Location is a bit out of the way but that was fine.

This is not a good fit for anyone traveling without a car or on vacation. It sinuses primarily for housing of industry workers. Note: some of the photos used in the advertisement of this property are actually from another property with the same name that is about 5 min away- which is what I thought I was booking.

We arrived on one of the hottest days of the summer and had a family room on the top floor allocated to us. Unfortunately there was no aircon and the room was as hot as a sauna. The staff tried their best, but no alternative rooms were available. However the staff found us a fan. Although that made no difference to the room temperatures. Overall it would have been an ok stay for the one night, had it not been for the extreme heat.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. All staffs are terribly unhelpful. I was not able to check in on my booked date and was left outside in the street throughout the entire night until the hotel manager arrived at 9:30 the next morning. A REFUND WAS REFUSED although I didn't stay. I literally dumped my money for nothing.

Do not stay here if you can’t manage heat in summer! No ac, no fans, and we felt misled by the pictures! The top floor has no window coverings on south facing windows. The floor was dirty, the rooms were bare. The staff were friendly and helpful though, so that helped. We asked to cancel our second and third night because our son has asthma, they ended up moving us to a lower level. We stayed away from the room as much as we could. The breakfast was good- many options.

This is very basic lodging, but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was cordial and we even had the option of paying in $$ or €€.

very good value for the price. clean, nice internet, good breakfast, friendly staff, easy to get to by car, quick to the airport, all basic and no luxury but at a very good price

It is a small hotel without air conditioning. Staff is nice. Overall is good.

Overall not satisfied, NO Internet in entiremy stay, they are told internet problem in entirre frankfurt area this is bit out side the city area need to walk 2 km for Supermarkets or for food

The staff where great and very friendly. Using English wasn't a problem. However there is a reason no outdoor pictures are included as the building looks like it was a dorm or apartment building that was converted. It was OK for a cheap night but not quite as nice as the pictures portray.

It is far from the airport

Für 1-2 Übernachtungen optimal. Bisschen abgelegen aber man ist schnell in Frankfurt City mit dem Auto oder Uber. Betten waren sehr bequem. Check In schnell und einfach. Freundliches Personal. Beim nächsten Frankfurt Besuch definitiv wieder hier.

Et ældre hotel i god stand. Efter prisen er der hvad der skal være. Et plus var at der var gulvvarme i hele værelset og dejligt varmt over det hele.

Leider ist die Unterkunft schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso ist leider alles zu eng u. zu klein, obwohl ich auch nicht besonders groß bin. Die Bilder auf der Seite entsprechen nicht dem geringsten der Realität. Ein Parkplatz wie angeboten war auch nicht zur Verfügung, nicht mal mehr auf der Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel, weil alles zugeparkt war von Monteuren, die in diesem Hotel auch abgestiegen sind, sogar der Rettungsweg für die Feuerwehr zum Innenhof. Ebenso war der Kaffee zum Frühstück in einer Thermoskanne am Buffet bedauerlicherweise fast immer kalt und nicht besonders genüsslich, was ja in der heutigen Zeit durch einen Vollautomaten einfach zu lösen gewesen wäre. Das WLAN, war in den Nebenhäusern, wo ich einquartiert wurden, auch nicht verfügbar. Und dann war es so was von hellhörig in diesem Hotel, das man nicht wirklich schlafen konnte, es fing schon damit an, das man im Nachbarzimmer hören konnte, wenn jemand sein Handyladegerät aus der Steckdose zog, ebenso jedes Geräusch was auf dem Gang stattfand, wodurch der Aufenthalt durch die ganzen Monteure, die die Lage nur noch verschlechterten, da diese in den frühen Uhrzeiten schon mit dem Knallen von Türen anfingen bis hin zum Husten und Nissen, wo man dachte, er steht bei einem im Zimmer, genauso konnte man alle Toilettengeräusche der Nachbarn live mithören. Das einzig positive war das Personal, was sehr nett u. zuvorkommend war. Ich muss mich für die Zukunft leider sehr von dieser Unterkunft fernhalten.

Unterkunft ist kein Hotel sondern Zimmer für Montagearbeiter, Realität entspricht in keiner Weise den Fotos!!! Rezeption im dunklen Keller, Speiseraum auch.

Shade Gegend mit zu wenig Parkplätzen. Unhöflicher Empfang. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung den Preis.
