VERBALLY BERATED BY A HOTEL REPAIR MAN IN A SILVER LATE MODEL CHEVROLET COLORADO PICKUP. NOT ONCE, BUT A SECOND TIME IN FRONT OF MY WIFE WHILE CHECKING OUT. I WILL PROTECT MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY BY AVOIDING THIS RESORT AT ALL COSTS!

Nice large apartment. It was a timeshare building with two room sizes.

Loved the location and size of the rooms. Very comfortable and the staff were extremely nice.

Our room (Condo) was Fantastic! Looked Brand New. Not one single issue or complaint. Couldn't hear the 'well working" AC unit. Had all the items you might need in the kitchen. Was quite the unusual, and Excellent experience. Loved it.

Needed dusting on the light fixtures.

Very nice location and the room is clean. Simple kitchenware is very helpful. Also like the hot tubs.

Broken toilet, couldn’t park within 50 yards of the unit. Thin walls could hear the upstairs people walking, and the next door neighbor putting a cup on the counter. The grounds had us looking at a wall.

Poor customer service and communication

The manager of this property, Capital Vacations, harasses me almost daily with phone calls about timeshares, even though I told them I’m not interested. Every time I block their number, they call from a different one. I’ll be filing many complaints about this company. I never even gave them my phone number. Expedia must have provided it to them.

Overall very nice

It is amazing property, best for family stay , especially with children. Great location, very close to everything.

The rooms are set up like studio apartments, which is nice if you need a full-size refrigerator and cooking area. My only complaint is that check-in isn’t until 4 PM, which is hard if you’ve been traveling long distance and wanna just check in and relax at the same time, the checkout is at 10 AM, not 11 AM, so that does seem a little earlier than most places.

Great desk people

We loved our stay at this property! Lots of towels (and beach towels) linens for pull out beds, kitchen utensils, paper towels, tissues, etc. We had a washer and dryer and even detergent for a couple of loads of laundry. I was initially worried about timeshare presentations based on other reviews, but we were not asked to sit through anything! We were offered great discounts on activities if we opted to hear a presentation, but we did not. Everyone was so friendly and shared activities going on at the resort. My son got to go to a children's event and hold a tarantula! Would stay again!
