Great service, so helpful and accommodating. Room beautifully appointed and bed super comfortable. Great easy location.

Free room upgrades are always nice! The guest wifi was non-functional in the room but I was provided access to the office wifi. Well-equipped gym, diverse breakfast, very friendly staff, and plenty of parking.

We went for a business trip, for a meeting the next morning, not too far from the hotel. The decor was recent, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the restaurant was great. Excellent service, with people happy to attend to the customers!

We were lucky enough to have an upgrade which gave us an apartment. Absolutely brilliant. Breakfast was excellent. Staff really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Only a 8-10 min drive (if that) into the heart of St. Gallen. The location is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious and externally comfy!

Very modern hotel, we especially enjoyed the comfortable beds just wish they would give you an extra pillow, but that seems to be true of all hotels we stayed in so far in Switzerland. Don’t pass on breakfast, it’s amazing. Oh, great WiFi.

Small room. No shopping or restaurants in walking distance

We appreciated the assistance of staff in helping us navigate our transportation needs. It was super helpful. Our rooms were clean and fully functional and very spacious. The only issue we had was my sons sofa bed (he said it was uncomfortable; bedroom beds were very comfortable for us) and shower design - which was impossible not to get entire floor wet (but no big deal). Great location and again strong customer service!

Business class hotel located outside of St. Gallen with convenient highway access. Spacious room (extra large by European standards) with comfortable bed with memory foam mattress. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room was really big and comfortable. There was a large sitting area and a small kitchen area and a small table for two. No utensils or dishes whatsoever. Only a coffee machine and two cups. The bathroom was good size too. The bedroom had a balcony we enjoyed very much. Beds were firm but comfortable. We would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel, but the lack of guest services and tourist-related information in a language other than German was disappointing. The cost of breakfast was too high at 20CHF.

I stay here because it is close to where I work, not for its convenience to downtown, restaurants, etc. As far as business hotels go, this one is hard to beat. Super clean, super efficient, excellent and friendly staff, good food (the dinners are exceptionally good) and reasonably priced.

A. It out of the way but great hotel and staff, restraint was excellent

Overall great experience, only slight negative surprise was the fact that while we had a booked a room with a double-bed we didn't list two travelers on the reservation. While I expected a slight upcharge, the fact that in the end the per-night charge was almost 50% of our original reservation price was a negative surprise, putting the hotel at a price level where other options would have been available.
