We were VERY disappointed in this property. We were staying in town for the USSSA Fast Pitch State Tournament, our team reserved a block at this property, and as we called to book our rooms they could not find the block. Some of us just booked anyway and others, the lucky ones, found other accommodations. We travel a lot with softball, and stay in hotels quite often and I can say with 1,000% certainty this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stay at. Several of the families traveling with our team actually left and paid for other accommodations. The lobby smelled of smoke, our door did not lock, there was a hole in the bathroom door, a missing cabinet face, there was a weird substance on the pillow case, and these were the issues in our room. Another room had a tv that did not work, a remote with no batteries, another had a horrendous smell that required them to keep the door open to air out the room, and yet another room had a bathroom light that flickered on and off throughout the night. The property was also very, very loud, and there were roaches in the rooms! I am furious that we paid for two nights, and were left trying to find a new hotel for the second night because the situation was that horrible.

I was not satisfied with this hotel The lobby smelled bad and a few times in the hallways there was an odor of marijuana. Which is a real disappointment especially with kids being with us. Our rooms were with two queen beds and only 2 towels. The 2nd night I went to get more towels and at 10pm and the front desk was closed. A customer came in and called the number and the worker came to check him in. I asked for towels and was told there were no towels. I said “you are telling me yall don’t have any towels”? They said well they need to be washed. I asked “you don’t have any clean towels in this whole hotel”? She said we have big towels. I said I needed 4 towels. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get towels for my room. Our room floor was sticky and had an old pair of socks and bottle caps on the floor. Beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were small and flat. The TV didn’t work and Wi-Fi was limited to two devices. The only plus about this hotel was the A/C it cooled good.

Someone kept running all night. Couldn’t get any rest. So I checked out and left.

This was my fault for not researching the facilities better. It's an extended stay hotel. There were no toiletries or an iron. I suppose if I had been traveling for work and such, I'd have probably brought such amenities, but it was just a quick overnight stay. It's also right along a train track. Could also hear the TV of rhe next room, even though it didn't seem overly loud.

I liked how they had a kitchen area and refrigerator. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows could have been better.

The desk clerks were amazing!! The room was amazing!! The room was BEYOND clean!! We actually booked another stay on our return. The area and other occupants were very warm and inviting. A wonderful start to a very long trip!

WOODSPRING is A Amazing Place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms are COOL, COMFORTABLE, & CLEAN! Laundry room / Exercise room 👍💪!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed…it’s horrible and scary. It’s like a hub for abnormally. Some guys blasting music in their car by midnight. I will never ever pick that hotel anywhere I go. I try to hide the room looks from FaceTime…my girlfriend noticed despite and warned me not to get hotel like that again. Even when I did not relate to her I

People hanging out all outside of motel and in parking lots. Smoking marijuana and whole lobby smelt like marijuana. The bathrooms have air stuck to the seals under the door by the clumps. Doors slamming all night and music being played next door and walls are thin. Train passes right by hotel and horns blow all night. Will never stay here again. Cheap prices mean you pay for what you get don’t expect much. If anything at all.

The elevators were broken, you could only enter in through the front entrance, it was pouring down rain, it was only my daughter and I with a room on the second floor. The day we left it was around 7 AM the front desk was closed with a shade down and nowhere to checkout or leave the key. The building smelled of weed. I guess you get what you pay for. Thankfully we just needed it to spend the night.

The hotel smelled of weed from the moment we walked in. The elevator was out and there were men walking all over the place drinking. Our room was clean but the bed was really uncomfortable. There was no box spring just a mattress on a stand. When we left to eat dinner we were greeted again with the very strong smell of weed. You could hear everyone through the walls. There were people walking outside in the parking lot all hours of the night. My husband had gone and gotten in the vehicle to see if he could get some sleep since there was so much noise at 1am. We left for the airport in the morning and there was a man drunk/high sitting on ground pretending to shoot us with his finger saying pew pew. Not going to lie, I laughed and then got nervous bc he didn’t like me laughing at him and started cursing me.

Wouldn’t even let me check in even though I had paid for a week
