Pros: Staff is very friendly - Wi-Fi - Bed - There is a bistro deli on the ground floor with not pricey meals. - Close to the airport - Cold AC. Cons: Insect in room (small type of roach), we caught another one something smaller. - No hot water in the shower, only in the face sink. - Bathroom amenities are lacking. - Lack of HD channels in TV.

First day, we booked for a family of 3, they gave us 2 single beds. Bathroom was overflowing due to a very small space and we had to go to the front desk to request for a rag. AC is almost not working. It was too hot in the room. We have seen small cockroaches in the room as well. We have a room transfer the following day but had to checkout at 11am as our room isn't available yet. Front desk staffs are not approachable.

There were small cockroaches all over the room. Only 1 towel provided, 1 small soap and 1 shampoo for a family of 3. There were no rags provided. Bathroom overflows and a leaking AC. Housekeeping knocked around 11:40PM just to give us paper cups like WTF, first, we didnt ask for cups. Second, are they even aware of the time? And lastly, our room was located near the exit, there were loud banging and drilling noises around 4am. I wont recommend staying at this hotel.

There were some cockroaches in the room. The water was leaking from the unit inside. There are no amenities at all, only soap, shampoo, and towels. The key card should be given to each member.

Staffs are very friendly, room is clean. The location is close to the airport and very close to everything and accessable to everything.

The room is too small, the air conditioner is noisy.

Minimal facilities with quite expensive prices, there is no mineral water in the rooms, only dispensers are provided in each corridor, soap and shampoo are not enough for single use. The room was too small, like an old building, the AC was leaking and not cold, but because it was only 1 night, I didn't request to have it repaired or move rooms, the bed size was too small for my height. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures in the room, because I was too tired so I just went to sleep.

There was not even a free bottle of water in the room. And no kettle for hot water.

I ask one in the front desk and one of the utility to bring the remote control of aircon because the room is totally hot the aircon itself is not working properly until the next day when I checked out I didn't receive any remote control in the room and I sleep sweating in bed cause its so hot plus the cr it has small cockroaches 🙄.

Nice position near airport, best recommended for short rest between flights.

A bit disappointed. Comfort room and shower room stinks (smells like old house/kitchen) 🥴 Shower room water leaks outside, no sleepers, no table, not allowed to eat inside the room, charges may apply when caught. Reception will not tell you about their rules so better read the posters inside the room. Also duvet ' s a bit itchy 😬. You will hear the noise of vehicles outside, even the people passing by your room 😅. Good points: Bed is nice, maybe just need more sanitation. Key Card rooms. Budget friendly. Accommodating staffs.

Ceiling paint is feeling off. Cockroaches is running on the floor and side tables. Room is next to the Highway vehicles passing by is noisy didn't rest at all. Disappointed!

The hotel room is conducive, clean environment and yet also very accessible to the nearest airport and bus terminal.

Honest staff. The room was clean. The linens and towels were not old.

It 's very good because the receptionist very approachable, kind to the guest and clean room, toilet. And it 's very convenient to the airport 's. Thank you Go hotel.

Excellent staff, rooms are not spacious with leaking aircon, requested for a change of room but hotel was fully booked. Booked a twin bed but was given 2 single beds.

It was so bad, they don't know how to consider guest, and the room is not nice, first of all they don't explain me regarding about smoking regulations in front disk they didn't ask me if I smoke or not and they didn't even try to tell me where the smoking area is, so I decided to smoke in exit area and the guard see me and bring me all the way to the lobby and ask me to pay 10,000 pesos. Even the government have first and second and 3rd offense and government didn't ask that much so they ask me to settle for the amount of 5,000 pesos, if they explain me from the first place that smoking is prohibited on that building and tell me where exactly the smoking area is then I will know to avoid this kind of incident. And the place is not nice when I left I have lots of luggage they didn't even try to help me bring my staff to the cab they just get the payment and that's it. Not anymore for this hotel.

The receptionist and staffs were very accommodation. It 's just the room is not well cleaned. I haven't slept well during my stay as you can hear the noise in the other rooms and also the people walking in the hallway.

They have nice rooms and the staff are very accommodating specially the guards.
