This has been the BEST apartment we have stayed at (2 weeks in Spain)..Very clean, kitchen had everything, we were on the second floor .. staff very helpful. We booked the place w understanding that free parking included ( as stated in description when booked), however.. the hotel says this is incorrect and will make changes w Expedia’s description. They paid our parking fee ( as we had the printed receipts) All good!

Although the weather was not so good, the apartment had all we needed for a short break. The area was quiet and felt safe in a back street just off a main road which ran up to the main station around 15 minutes walk. The central market is a 5 minute walk away with the beach area around 20 minutes away. Whilst not available all day reception staff where helpful and friendly and access in and out of the apartment block was easy

Short 3 night stay in these immaculate apartments. Arrived late but no problem as the manager sent detailed automatic check in instructions. Large bedroom, living room kitchen and great walk in rain shower. Spotless. Friendly staff. Good 15 min walk to the seafront but lots of cafes, tapas bars and shops on the way. A little traffic noise but to be expected when staying in the city. Some construction work nearby but did not spoil our stay.

We loved these apartments. close to everything, clean and welcoming staff.

Nice and clean with Wi-Fi and free parking, centrally located. Only negative I could give is the TV only had the news for English viewing, everything else was Spanish Tv but you don’t go on holiday to watch Tv.

We lived our rental! Very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. We were able to leave our bags in entrance the day we arrived, in early morning.

Perfect apt for 2 night stay in Alicante, will definitely be back!

Located in the heart of the city, close to all amenities. Paloma met us in reception and she was very informative and showed us to our room. I have stayed in some great hotels around the world and not had this level of attentive service. The apartment had everything we could ask for, coffee pods, tea, fresh clean towels, water in the fridge etc I could go on however only word to describe these apartments overall is ‘excellent’ ! Also there’s a great little bar near by called the ‘Cafe Bellevue’

Having a shower, toilet and lockers in the reception is great. It means if you do not have a late check our you can discover the city and keep your belongings safe.

Excllent apartments good location easy to find . Very friendly and helpful staff . Good standard of accomadation well equipped , comfy beds , effeicient air conditioning . Big tv , quiet side road so no noise . Close to plenty of shops and restaurants etc . Would definately stay here again

Loved it! Great location, helpful and well decorated.

Parking included close to apartment, initial check in email good. Unfortunately the key wasn't available to get in on arrival and had to wait 20 mins for someone to arrive. Apartment well equipped and clean, staff friendly. Some external noise due to building work nearby.

The apartments are very clean and fresh, very comfortable, it is cleaned twice a week and coffee, olive oil and water replenished. The staff are very helpful and friendly and speak very good English and will do anything to help. The location itself is very central to the tram station, Santa Barbara castle and from the marina. I would highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay again if I visited Alicante.

This was our second stay at Apartamentos Poeta Quintana, just one night this time. As before, the apartment was spotless. A little smell of cigarette smoke was cleared by opening the windows and using a spray provided by the manager. Viktoria was helpful in recommending a nearby restaurant, La Terrata, which is very good. The apartment is well equipped and modern. The bed is particularly comfortable, which we want, especially when flying next day. It is an ideal place to stay for a longer visit. It is well situated, close to the centre and within easy walking distance of the sights. Free parking at the close by garage car park is very welcome as we always travel by car to Alicante.

Good location, friendly reception

Had a really pleasant stay here this June! The apartment had a nice and clean interior, the staff was very friendly and spoke English. We were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine :) The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, stove top, microwave oven). For people checking in / out, there is a shower and lockers for your luggage downstairs, very convenient if you arrive before check in or are leaving after check out time. There is also a washing machine downstairs. The location was perfect - no large crowds around (at least at the time we were there) and within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, as well as city beach, the main boardwalk, and shops including grocery. On the topic of food, there is a great deli right next door where you can find a large assortment of meats, cured fish, and cheeses! If you visit at the end of June, during the San Juan celebrations, you’ll see the area come alive at night with people and parties.

Everything was fantastic and could not fault anything. Perfectly centrally situated.

The apartments were quiet. They were close to the market at the Mercado. There seems to be a separate wifi router for each apartment. I found the wifi reliable and fast. I used it a lot.

Spotlessly clean and modern apartment in a great location, only a short walk to the old town and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Definitely would stay here again!
