Room was fair size and clean but walls are in need of painting, grounds are in need of repair and cleaning all around, property does not look like pictures at all, staff at front desk are extremely helpful and nice even helped with our luggage since no elevator, no pool and no restaurant Neighbour hood is not desirable Our first time in Sicily and I feel like expedia should remove the pictures of restaurant and pool Carpets in hallways very dirty looks like not enough staff Only good things were sfaff at front desk I feel first part of my vacation is ruined

We have stayed in 5* hotels worldwide. However I need to admit, this little hotel exceeded our expectations. The service from the start to the end was pure class. Before arriving at the hotel, I emailed regarding airport transfer and it was arranged within minutes. I also asked for an iron, and the iron was placed in our room before our arrival. My husband had a wonderful massage with Jacqueline. Absolutely first class. And I needed to do my hair for a wedding we were attending, however the salon was closed. But to my surprise the Owner Kim opened the salon especially just for me which I have never experienced before and Jacqueline especially went to pick up the hairdresser and personally brought her to the hotel to do my hair and then dropped the hairdresser back. All that she did in her own personal time just to help me and I had so many compliments for my hair, the hairdresser was absolutely amazing. I mean I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was clean and yes you can see mount Etna from the entrance. Overall it was a beautiful experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, you will not be disappointed. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality and experience. I wish you all the best.

Great all round

Very cozy hotel, and convenient location, location. Decent continental breakfast. The owner is usually around and eager to help beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

It is exactly what says in the pictures. Room size ok, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast simple but fresh. Amazing coffee. Location not that great, need a car. All shops around closes at 3 and reopen at 7pm. Safe to walk around.

Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle. Room large and clean . Tea/coffee in room . Restaurant does not open in the evening. Young gentleman on reception was helpful . Burger bar a few doors away was very nice , staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great Carpets throughout were very dirty .

We enjoyed every minute at the hotel. I highly recommend it.

Restaurant was always closed... spa was fully booked and the only moment we were able to use the pool (for 2 hrs and a charge) was the moment we asked and we were not able to see it... very odd

Small hotel with friendly helpful staff. Restaurant was very nice and rooms comfortable and clean. The only downside would be location. railway station was not close enough,and having to walk there in the heat was very hard. Taxi service does not exist so when you need one hotel organises one with a hefty price.

Great hotel with a wonderful spa experience. Excellent restaurant where the locals are coming to enjoy the food and especially the pizza. Great hotel staff, restaurant staff and spa staff. Room air conditioning is a little weak on a hot day, that's the only negative. We really had a great time and the Etna is such a wonderful attraction.

Een mooi hotel maar onze koelkast was kapot, we hebben wel een fles koud water gekregen. Het zwembad was nog gesloten, ze waren aan het renoveren,

Das Personal war in einigen Punkten bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wer ein BEtt zum Schlafen möchte in der Gegend, kann dieses Hotel nutzen. Allerdings sollte man mit Kakerlaken im Haus rechnen.

Nel complesso esperienza positiva, camera e bagno spaziosi e confortevoli. Unica nota negativa la doccia, poca acqua e miscelatore inadeguato. Colazione appena sufficiente. Basta comunque poco per migliorare la struttura.

Bien situé entre Catane et Taormina. Belle vue sur l'Etna. Pas bien insonorisé et chambre petite

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in perfetto relax grazie anche alla presenza in struttura della spa.
