We found a dirty towel. The welcoming was no-existent and the staff hasn't been professional. We didn't expect a 5 stars service but it is still a 3 stars hotel, an it didn't look like it.

I went in winter and the manager was very helpful considering that he was operating on his own due to low season. Room is clean, it’s a bit out of town

Our expectations weren't high based on price and reviews so we weren't too disappointed. The one staff member we saw during the whole stay was very accommodating. Room was large and view fantastic. BUT I have to say that in all my travel, the bath with only shower nozzle was the worst I've encountered. Water flow fluctuated from full to nothing and from scalding hot to cold constantly. The walk into town isn't too bad but it's easy to drive and park too.

Nice view over the old castle on the hill. And for the little comfort it is a quite nice hotel, just can't expect too much of it. No air conditioning, no soap or shower gel/shampoo Pool is nice

I like the swimming pool and the balcony. But find Stain in the toilet bowl. No shower gel and shampoo.

The room is okay and the bed is comfortable. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's okay. The dining room has zero character. The pool area looked nice. We were shocked that the room didn't have one stick of soap and when I went to the front desk to ask, they said they don't provide soap.

Certainly very good during summer holidays

The hotel is in a great location and has much potential but service at dinner was disgraceful, to say the least. Also HOTEL.com said we would get free breakfast. This is completely untrue. It is about 8 Euros per person. Dinner is 20 Euro for 2 courses or 28 euros for 3 courses Don't bother.

We saw the 4.1 rating from Expedia and gave it a shot. For the money, the hotel was average but the pictures on Expedia way overinflate the condition of the hotel. The manager must have been having a bad day. We wrote an initial review on the check in and he responded, "poor men." I normally write good reviews so don't just think I'm one of those negative Nancys. I was disappointed that the Expedia clientele rated this one so high. Normally, I trust our group of travelers.

Greoux is a charming historic town in upper Provence; this hotel is on the edge of town with fantastic views over the old town, across to the old castle (illuminated at night). The owner works hard and provides good basic facilities as well as gourmet food. Being a family business, front desk hours are limited, and American travellers need to be aware of things like: the shower is hand-held on the tub faucets (not wall-mounted); and the water heater is mounted over the toilet. No a/c - but lined drapes, and a small balcony with a table & chairs.Great base for touring (Verdon Gorges, Upper Provence) - and can't beat the value ($55/night with wifi, parking, breakfast included). Superb!!

The hotel is clean. The main entrance is well-decorared. There is a big dining room next to it offering continental breakfast. The room was big, clean. There were 2 big windows with a balcony equipped with chairs and table offering a nice view on the city. The bath did not have a thing to hold the shower head. There is an elevator. You still need to drive to get to the city center since the hotel is situated on a hill. Since we arrived very late that night, the parking was full and the last place left was a little far.

chambre spacieuse et agréable, par contre la cuvette du WC très sale une couche de calcaire de couleur marron était encrustré aucune envie d'y aller , les robinets lavabo et baignoire craché au lieu d'avoir un jet normal, pas de verre ni de savon l'entretien laisse à désirer

Bonjour, nous avons eut un acceuil parfait , la chambre un peu vieillotte mais propre , petit déjeuner copieux . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Pour un 3 etoiles la salle de bains n est pas top ,tache de rouille dans la baignoire et les toilette .pas de savon ni de shampoing a disposition.

Très belle vue depuis le balcon; Aménagement correct. Les peintures s'écaillent au plafond. Trop peu de pression à la douche.

Tres bien pour le prix bel établissements laissé un peu a l'abandon manque un peu d entretien ampoule grillée dans la chambre alentours piscine pleine d'herbes dommage serait super avec un peu plus d entretien

le monsieur sympa, la chambre ,il m'a semblé qu'elle allait être en travaux mais était correct, à la date on nous y sommes allés il n'y avait pas de restauration, mais le conseil a été bon pour en trouver un correct,Petit déjeuner, il y avait de tout (sauf le café trop allongé) hôtel et situation de celui ci au calme, cela nous a plu, et pour une seule nuit un prix correct

nous sommes ravis de notre séjour nous y retournerons ,si je peux dire juste une chose se faire sa propre opinion au lieu de se fier aux évaluations reste la meilleure des choses super séjour.
