This property would have been excellent if it werent for people in the room next to us smoking. I booked specifically bc of not smoking and they smoked. We have asthma and this was horrible. We called several times for noise and the smell and even went to the desk for an odor eliminator and the noise. they said they couldn’t do anything. Not even offered to move us. Never came up to talk to them. I am highly upset. And now have asta and will need to see a doctor before we head on our ride back home

The staff at the hotel was nice, especially the night front desk staff. They could improve on the breakfast but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Pool was clean and parking was convenient

I have had a good history with the La Quinta chain and this will add to it ... All was good ... Location was perfect for my needs and combined with service and value it was just a perfect fit.

Pool

The cover for the air conditioner unit was against the wall and not even on the unit. We found used fake fingernails in the dresser drawer. We called to have the light bulb in our bathroom fixed and no one ever came. Short staffed, took about 20 minutes to get us checked in, one employee was training a new employee and no one else was there. We went just for a wedding in the area but would not recommend. We went down for breakfast which was just average and there were people walking in off the street for breakfast with no one at the front desk.

Our first one-night stay at this hotel was good. Third floor room was very clean, comfortable and quiet! We will definitely stay here again.

I had a good time there. I could be nit picky about a few things but my biggest gripe was breakfast started at 9 according to the person working when I checked in and I had to leave by then to start my day. I’m sure I’m not the only one with that experience. Overall I would stay there again and likely will.

Nice hotel. Clean. Had everything we needed. Front desk person was helpful. Breakfast was ok. Could have been warmer but ok.

Shower drain didn’t work ,tv remote didn’t work very out dated & used place ,the hotel seemed to have residents not guests there only 1 other hotel to pick from in this town it didn’t look much better

Loved the staff

The facilities, staff and amenities were very good. There were a couple of issues though. The heater in the room had an issue with the up button. Couldn’t turn the heat up from 64 degrees. Second there was an annoying noise that went off about every 20 minutes (sometimes multiple times). It sounded like a pump running for about 10 seconds followed shortly after by a sound like water running for about 5 seconds. This went on all night long. Was able to get to sleep but it was annoying. Needs to be addressed.

No hot water for my shower. Water was ice cold, despite the nozzle being turned all the way to hot. Also, whenever one of the adjoining rooms turned their shower on, there was a horrible loud screeching sound. This prevented me from sleeping, and I was very tired the next day.

Always friendly service and eager to make things right

I have stayed here a few times and have never had a problem checking in or with any of the service. My room this time was clean, but the locks looked like the door had been locked in. Along with the hole in the wall from the door knob slamming into it. The hole wasn't patched up but instead was stuffed with toilet paper. They should fix this before another guest checks in.

Very nice place. Nothing overly fancy. But it was clean and very friendly staff. What else can u ask for for the price.

Great place to stay for a night or two. Always a positive experience with the front end staff.
