Great and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Well located and easy to arrive

Location is superb in the middle of town close to the Museum of Evolution. Breakfast was very good but not included in my price like I thought it was. Negatives are 1) very small bathroom. Butt and front touch at the same time sliding to the back of the bathroom for toilet. 2) Parking is 4 blocks away in an underground facility. I got lost trying to find the car in the garage. 3) There is nowhere to pull up to check in and unload.

Buffet breakfast great , staff so friendly and helpful , very clean . Parking a pain but staff as helpful as possible with suitcases and suggestions. Bed and linens comfy . Nice view and so close to cathedral and museum of evolution and promenade. Fruit stand close ! Staff had infused h20 and fruit in the lobby that was nice when we arrived .

This is a nice hotel. Check in was fast and efficient. The room itself was clean, had plenty of room for a solo traveler (nice big bathroom - one of the biggest I had in my trip) and was located not far from all the main attractions in Burgos. The only negative for me was the cost of the breakfast, which I thought was cost-prohibitive. I would recommend skipping the upcharge, and walk across the street to buy your coffee and a pastry/bread/sandwich for a lot less.

The hotel was fine, however, I had to extend my booking. When I spoke to the agent at the hotel, I told him my girlfriend was staying and he confirmed we had a double room (like the initial booking) but we ended up in a room with 2 twin rooms and had to sleep separate on her last night.

I specifically said the room should be handicap accessible!!!

Great location , easy check in but time limited unloading area outside the hotel door. Parking was a 5 min walk away. Nice rooms all clean and tidy. My main issue was the wait for fried eggs at breakfast. The rest of my food went cold while I waited for the eggs.

The property is nice. But I had a bad experience because I fell out of the tub. And that was due to no pulse of my own. That’s how it was so slippery that both feet came up and I ended up on the floor on my back and hit my head. They need either a bath mass or something to prevent guess from hurting themselves in the shower. The breakfast was just OK

A very pleasant overnight stay despite the weather being wet and cold. It is situated almost in the centre of town, with the wonderful cathedral and central square being within an easy 15 minute walk, all on the flat. Parking is below the hotel. Often on arrival there is no parking available outside the hotel, so if you drive around to the left, the underground car park entrance is on your left. Don't take the first garage door, that's the exit, take the second garage door. The breakfast was good. In summary a good hotel which we have used before and will use again.

we arrived at about 8.15 pm just before local festivities started. The receptionist was very helpful in telling us where to park befire the street were closed by the police to traffic.
