Good!

Property is great, but not well maintained as of March 2025. Pool bar is derelict, some power outlets didn't worked in the room. Price is fair, but don't expect a 4 star experience. Restaurant portions were large, but food quality was average.

A bit difficult with the lack of English here. The couldn’t find our reservation to get through the entrance gate (while in our uber). There was no explanation about any amenities on check in (no communication except us filling out a form with passport info, which was in English). The view from the pool area was lovely. Most areas seem to need upgrades (pool decomposition in areas and tiles, the rooms are very dated). Drinks were not too overpriced. Overall, ok for a quick one night stay before leaving for the airport at 3am.

Perfect location and amazing view!

The property is around the corner of the Historic Center, a beautiful place that must be visited. NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL: there is a R$4.00 reais fee charged for each tower one takes to use in the pool area. This service should not be charged and if so, it should be told at the check in and shown at the Expedia reservation page. The staff at the front desk are impolite and need to be better trained for problem solve. If you complain about anything, the become upset. The towers for the bed rooms are old and uncomfortable. There is no shower cap.

Lovely views of the ocean and the city from the grounds and the room (for the seaview room at least). Great location (2 min walk to the Historic Center), lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff, steady internet. Recommend!

The hotel is located within the historical city of Porto Seguro and at a walkable distance to the city centre or few minutes by car. It offers excellent installations and serves very good breakfast to guests. The room is very comfortable

I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. It’s not your traditional resort but sure it meets the needs to enjoy Porto Seguro. I love stuff members, everyone very charismatic and helpful, especially the front desk Sabrina. Location is great even if you don’t have a car, you can just call an Uber. Is very close to city town, near passarela do álcool end all the night life and restaurants. The only down side is they don’t carry an iron in each room, and if you need to get a clothe iron they will do it for you at a charge. This was the only downside for me, but I guess this is a trend in the area. I will definitely stay again.

It was great, the hotel is old but very well maintained, great view, great staff, breakfast was AWESOME. We only stayed one night.

Simple but did the job as we had an early flight to catch and the property is located 5 minutes from the airport.

The best thing about this place was the food. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. The room was ok. Basic but clean. A little disappointed to not have a hammock when ever other room had one. All good though.

Foi um pouco decepcionante, não forneceram toalhas para piscina, banheiro entupido, troca de toalhas e roupas de cama semente a cada dois dias, lençóis tudo bem, mas toalhas deveriam ser cedidas todos os dias, se quiser antes tem que pagar.Nas fotos aparece lugares que não estavam disponíveis, como oa bangalôs. Parece que os hóspedes de julho não merecem serviço completo. E na saída, queriam cobrar adicional pela idade do meu filho, sendo que foi informado no momento da reserva. O que salvou foi o café da manhã, e a vista do lugar , que é maravilhosa.

Dificuldades em pontos simples: oferecem a utilização de piscinas no hotel, mas o hóspede não dispõe de toalhas nesse ambiente. Tive que buscar toalhas no quarto. Da mesma forma, minha hospedagem era de quatro pessoas. Na reposição das toalhas no quarto, trouxeram somente três. Desatenção, provavelmente, mas um descuido inacreditável em se tratando de hotel desse porte e localização.

Vista incrível, local muito agradável, super aconchegante, ótima localização, apenas 7 minutos do aeroporto, 2 minutos da rodoviária, simplesmente perfeito
