Staff is really friendly,our room was great and we had what we needed as far as kitchen ware etc…… lots of kids around so is definitely kid friendly! Had some unruly late night people above us , staff did what they could so that was nice!

Would not sit on couch or livingroom furniture, suitable more for animal use because of bad odor. Beds were comforable and everthing else seemed alright.

Staff was smoking outside the front door, you need to put your towels outside the door if you want new ones I asked for a bag to put them in and was told "just put them on the floor" (gross), pool was FREEZING cold, kids running up and down the hallway I let staff know and was told "useless I see them I can't do anything and I don't have time to go look right now" restaurant closed for the season and I have a voucher, out of large towels had to use hand towels to dry off from the shower, out of fire logs and did not get one stayed 3 nights, the view and location was very nice.

Staff very friendly, we stay here all the time, room 209 was musty smell and windows hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, beds uncomfortable no tvs in bedrooms screen door wasn’t attached there was a hornets nest on porch just not a pleasant stay for $200 plus a night

Stay was good with the exception of the pool being really cold. Its an indoor pool but to cold to swim in

Heated pool not working.

We had a pet room . The carpet was disgusting ! Heavily soiled from previous pets I would assume. The smell was awful. I expect ocean shores motel / hotel to be somewhat run down… but this was disgusting . Why have carpet in pet friendly rooms ?

Will definitely stay again

The room was bigger and better than expected. It was the size of an apartment with a kitchen included. Great proximity to everything in town. Bed had seen better days and decor was dated. Would stay again.

Property is within walking distance to most attractions in the area

The game room and decoration were great. PUZZLES AND DECOR FUN. no place there for breakfast restaurant closed. Staff up front and cleaning were friendly. Need a bigger hot tub.

This was the best money I ever spent. I thought we booked a room that was adjoining. No this was like a whole apartment to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and sauna were working. The staff was super nice and they have adult only hours from 9 to midnight. The furniture is super outdated but it’s charming. The beds were comfortable and clean but the floors had major stains. My family and I had a great time. Spacious room with fully stocked kitchen ware just pop it in the dishwasher before you check out. I’m really happy with our stay and don’t think I will stay anywhere else after this.

Friendly staff. Clean. Beautiful lounge area. Super dog friendly. Fun jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool. Ran out of towels and Coffee creamer. Someone is not doing well with inventory and ordering. Other than that our stay was terrific.

Still sand on floor, and no towels in room. It was quiet for sleep, and is large for the money. Also not very really nice properties at the beach. So we stayed uears past but probably will not in the future.

We come every year with the grandkids. We love that the room has full kitchen, pool, game room and close to the beach and town

Booked through expedia and total was supposed to be significantly less than what I got charged at first. Front desk charged my card without telling me the total, told me it got declined so my husband had to transfer money, then she added another fee on top and charged a third amount. Front desk didn’t tell me the amount at first and said it got declined. Then she added a fee of some sort, and then another fee for having a dog (even though I clicked that option when choosing the room) the told me she would take the first fee off. Printed my receipt that showed she charged me a 4th price- different than the 3 charges on my card. All 3 charges were pending, two were pending as reversals. But why were 3 different amounts ran on my card, and why was I argued with about the total my email says specially what I’ll be paying at the hotel but “sometimes it’s different than what the 3rd party booking app says” which has literally never been the case, so I was lied to. After we left the next day, I had another reversal on my card for a decent chunk. Absolutely insane for all of that to happen and then to be charged a 5th amount, still not equal to the expedia amount promised, in the end. Which really, I didn’t agree to, but whatever. Some bull crap. The carpeted floor was also wet in the room, and no AC in the room for air flow. Noisy neighbors, room doors slam so hard they’ll take you out, all in all, terrible experience.

We unfortunately did not enjoy our stay. We just wanted somewhere to sleep for the night and wasn’t there for very long at all. There was no a/c in our room that we did not expect. It was very hot all night which we did open the 2 windows in our room to let it air out although outside was very noisy on the first floor especially in the morning so we were up most of the time. I tired contacting the front desk about it with no answer since it was a serious issue for us. The other issue was the bathroom was not cleaned. There was sand in the tub and hair everywhere on the tile/bathtub. I’m not one to complain about that since I do work at a hotel myself and know how it is. The only person that was pretty good at the location was the pm person that day when checking in with the 3 people I interacted with. I would not recommend or at least the room that we booked.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fair price. Lots of space for our family and nice kitchen. There were some stains but it was a pet friendly room and it felt clean overall. The pool heater was broken so it was too cold for me but some people were still enjoying it. I liked the hot tub, sauna and trail to the beach. We also saw deer from our balcony.
