Unos problemas con el agua caliente y toallas pero fuera de eso todo bien

Good accommodation, quiet location, easy access.

Very average, a bit expensive for a studio given how basic it is, but maybe Santiago is just more expensive in general. There were stains on the towels, but I think they were definitely washed. The room was free from dust, and other than the stains, quite clean.

Excelente servicio, apartamento bien equipado y con todo lo necesario. Muy buena ubicación y en general excelente valor por el dinero.

Bathroom tub not very comfortable , too hight from the floor

Sunset apartments, as stated in its name are apartments. Don't expect hotel quality service. At your arrival, front desk personnel will ask you through which company you reserved your apartment. Expedia, is not the correct answer. After you find out that Sunset is the company you'll be directed to an office at 2nd floor for check-in process. On a second note, internet services is faulty. Not available on a 24/7 basis. If your visiting over the weekend, room cleanup service is not available, as it is only during weekdays.

Brand new building. Nicely furnished apartment with great swimming pool. The horrible thing is that they don't curtains or black out shades. So the sun wakes you up at 6 am daily. They provide you with a sleep mask. Not the solution.

Lo único que tiene mal es la ducha, sale poco el caudal de agua caliente.

Os dias na estadia no hotel foram ótimos,quarto limpo e organizado,pessoal da recepção solícito quando nós precisávamos de alguma ajuda,localização ótima em Las Condes perto de tudo,restaurantes,shoppings e um local super seguro para passear.

Espectacular la estadía!! todo las cual las imágenes, el departamento super funcional, muy bien ubicado. recomiendo 100% y volvería muchas veces más!! 10/10
