The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The only thing I was not thrilled with was that my room overlooked several garbage receptacles outside. As early as 7 am, or slightly earlier, I woke up to the sound of people throwing garbage in the bins...and also the sound of glass bottles being thrown in. The bins outside wouldn't have bugged me so much if they waited until 8 am or 9 am or later to use them. Also, whoever was out there was smoking cigarettes' so I could smell it from my room. Apart from that, the place was nice the close to the airport.

The place was perfect for a small family. We used this as a final stop before leaving Germany, as it was close to the airport. It was clean, and they had REAL AC, which helped get a proper sleep. Something that we didn't get too much during our Euro trip. 5/5 all and all.

This was a great find will use again

Recently updated furnishings and lots of space for the room I booked. Room was also generously furnished with plenty of closet and cabinet space to settle in for the week I stayed. Very good sound isolation and rarely heard the presence of other guests. Had everything I needed and a well functioning kitchenette. The property and unit were sparkling clean, and I really appreciated their mid-stay cleaning which is not typical for apart-hotel accommodations. Great front desk who helped me with all of my business needs and enjoyed their 24/7 free coffee in the lobby. Located next to a Lidl and public transportation which was really convenient.

In a general perspective every was as needed. We would like to have more time of ours to enjoy the hotel but we were in a rush. Lovely building next to the airport. it was as presented. Happy staying there!

Great accommodation. Not a hotel in the true sense of the word, more serviced apartments. Although that makes it better because the room is huge, very spacious and very affordable. Not a very exciting area but it’s easy to get to the centre of Hamburg and it’s very close to the airport.

Convinced location and quiet residential area just 5 mins away to super market

It was a new property and was lovely and quiet. It was immaculate from the rooms right down to the living room downstairs. We were there to watch the marathon and with heavy rain forecast we were able to borrow 2 umbrellas from the reception which was very much appreciated.

Close to the airport and its infrastructure, the hotel is not a quiet place, but with the windows closed you won't hear a thing. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and spacious enough. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is good and clean but it is a bit far from the center around 35 min by public transportation the nearst metro is 10 min by waking and 5 min by bus Overall good hotel compared to the price

I felt like home, it was a great pleasure to stay at this place.
