Really wonderful hotel. Super comfortable, beautifully decorated and great customer service.

This small boutique hotel holds the highest of standards in all areas from friendly staff to decor, from food to comfort, it has it all. Great value for money with large rooms and separated on suite facilities. Big fluffy towels and a comfy bed make the end of busy days devine and next day, a great breakfast with freshly baked rolls, yummy.

Excellent hotel, only minor issue being that reception was not staffed when I left just before 6am so I could not check out - just had to leave the key & go.

Loved the hotel design, breakfast was wonderful and the spa also great with that unmissable swimming pool view. Staff was very kind and professional. Definitely recommended!

First time in Switzerland. Short walk into centre for an array of bars and shops.

We were seeking a hotel or B&B with a family room for 2 adults & 2 children, breakfast included and at a reasonable price. We chanced upon Hotel L'Auberge during our online search and felt that it would match our requirements - and it did. The room was very good size. We stayed there for 7 nights and our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We got the peace and quiet we wanted. The premises and the dining room are kept in a very presentable state. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is great! The hotel is set in a very nice and quiet location in Langenthal - a small and quiet town. The hotel is managed by a husband & wife (Murat & Claudia), well supported by the rest of the team who are all very courteous. Murat & Claudia are very friendly and warm, and the hospitality they extend is commendable. Our travel adaptors couldnt fit the sockets, so they loaned us 2 at no cost - a very nice gesture!

Very uncomfortable experience. A booking system issue left an incorrect reservation active, despite having a valid confirmed booking. I explained the situation at check-in but was directed to resolve it through the booking platform. During my stay, I noticed repeated attempts to process charges related to the incorrect reservation. Although these were not completed, the situation itself was concerning. The owner’s response made the experience even more uncomfortable. The issue was eventually resolved through the booking platform, but there was no clear explanation or follow-up. I recommend future guests carefully check their reservations and monitor any related activity.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal Frühstück etwas dürftig, könnte verbessert werden. Minimalistische Darbietung von Fleisch und Käse.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, aufmerksamer Service, ruhige Lage Leider fehlen in den Zimmer Aufhängevorrichtungen für Mäntel, Kleider und Frotteetücher

El hotel es muy lindo por fuera. La terraza para el desayuno en verano también es muy linda y cómoda. La cama es muy confortable. La habitación demasiado caliente, sin aire acondicionado sólo con un ventilador pequeño que hace ruido como turbina. Una vez más el precio en la plataforma fue mucho más elevado al reservar con tiempo, recomiendo hacerlo directo en el hotel o esperar hasta pocoa días antes (pagarás lo mismo por una habitación mucho mejor equipada que por la más económica). Atención: hay habitaciones sin baño dentro.

Traumhafte Stylische Suite im original Haus.

Ich bin Langenthalerin und lebe seit langem in Zürich. Komme aber regelmässig meine Eltern besuchen und geniesse es ab und zu im Auberge zu übernachten. Einfach ein wunderschönes Haus.

Il n'y a pas de réception à votre arrivé, seul une enveloppe vous attend. J'avais une chambre et une salle d'eau (privative) mais en face de ma chambre. Je ne l'ai pas vu pendant ma réservation. Nuit très chaude avec chambre sur rue avec trafic qui commence de bonne heure. Personnel sympathique au petit-déjeuner avec prestation corrcte.

It was absolutely fantastic. An old Villa transformed in a boutique hotel with great personality. It is like to be at home but even better! Many languages are spoken there! Rooms are gigantic and furniture is practical yet with a neat design, although the rooms look very romantic. The cosy lounge at the first floor with the balcony and the garden outside complete the picture....

Sehr freundliches Hotel in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt, gute Parkmöglichkeit, nettes Zimmer im Anbau. Restaurant leider Sonntag und Montag geschlossen.

Altes Haus, gut erhalten. Übernachtung im Haupthaus, eigentlich für eine Person; auf Anforderung wurden weitere Handtücher gebracht. Abend Essen im gepflegten Garten auf Spitzen Niveau! Aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung.
