My room was in another building. They just leave a small note at the main door which need us to check in at another bigger building which is 350 meters away. Fortunately my driver help me to make a call, then the boss come and passed the key to us. Otherwise, we need to drag my 2 big luggage bags all the way there for check in. And the toilet was stuck after we used it. But they repaired it immediately after we complaint.

Booked the water jet stream hot tub / massage chair room and was surprise to know that our room is situated at their second building which was like 7mins walk along the same road at the start of Bei Bin park. Water jet stream hot tub and massage chair is great but the hot water pressure for the shower head gets very weak. The room was spacious, bed is soft and has a small balcony where you can see a smaller range of the sea from the bei bin park. Breakfast variety is low and is pretty average taste which doesn't make us feel the worth to walk back to the main building to eat. Would prefer to cab to the main part of the city to eat at other breakfast place. 1 min walk to the bei bin park where you can see the rocky beach and sea but a longer 12mins walk to dong da meng night market. overall feels satisfied with the room as it was a very relaxing and peaceful stay for us.

Wonderful customer service from friendly staff

Nice hotel next to beach. It is also located very near to Hualien only night market, just 5 min walk away. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious. About 10 min by taxi to train station. Good WiFi.

It's a residence house with license to run as "hotel" but it is not a hotel. Worst of all, didn't sleep well due to bed bugs!! Not sure if they change bedsheet at all...

Close to the night market, a glimpse of the sea if you stay on the higher floor. Really enjoyed the Breakfast with a lot of vegetables! Nice and friendly staff that makes you feel at home.

Nice hotel close to the seashore, very spacious room and nice breakfast

The staff at the hotel (I’m not sure if they’re also the owners) were excellent. Right from the start you feel like you’ve known them for very long. They treat you as though you’re family. Although interaction was very minimal (we were out most of the time), they made our time spent at Hualien very memorable. Home cooked breakfast was awesome! Not to mention the location was a short walk to the night market so don’t worry about dinner options!

Old and musty. Needs major overhaul. Breakfast is awful and served cold.

The service staffs were excellent and very hospitable. The room was spacious and clean. Huge bathroom also.

First, the people who run and work at this B&B terrific. We arrived early with a tired baby and were accommodated with a room. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms and building are not new and were adequate but expectations should be tempered. The beds were not uncomfortable. Breakfast for those unaccustomed to Asia will not delight.

I think the best part was that it's located near pacific ocean. You will see the beautiful view in the morning when you wake up. But you have to stay up on high floor to see that! I think that room cleanliness is there but we experienced cockroaches in the room when we shifted to the higher floor room on the second day. Room is comfortable just that the aircon pipe was dripping and the toilet floor became wet. Overall, it's a good price that we paid for. very affordable for the view and with breakfast!

服務很好，乾淨，清潔

到處是螞蟻，房間很舊，床墊很舊，門鎖很舊而且沒有安全鏈條，冷氣很吵，雖然老闆很熱情。

水壓異常，熱水不熱水量小，沐浴精洗髮精品質很差，房間潮濕異味重。

濱海路上的房間能看到湛藍的大海，接待人員非常熱情，房間很舒適乾淨，鄰近東大門夜市（步行約5分鐘），很棒的住宿體驗。

老闆親切，早餐採自助餐方式，會適時補菜，新鮮好吃
