The resort is ok, the journey there is alhamdulillah, the left and right are lively with the facilities of finding places to eat, the shops are just not allowed when the weather is not good, the rain is not good, the room is not good because there is a leak in the wall, water drips into the cloth to contain the water.. the water tap is ok, hot and cold water is also ok, the water flows quickly, check in, check out is fast, the pool is big, the kids are happy, the beach is not good for bathing because there is a dirty water drain when you go out there, the resort condition is normal, many things need to be repaired, so it's like waiting to be repaired, the nights are quiet, stay 2 nights is ok, it's quiet

The Staff was friendly, dissapointed with their gym, equipment was dust and rusty. The best Only for The Swimming pool and Beach

The best thing is that the slide near the pool needs to be repaired because it is broken, but the rest is satisfactory.

Need to change room before air conditioner not functioning. Need to request by myself at the receptionist and return previous room key to receptionist after changing. Waste a lot of time during this process. It 's hotel mistake why should I do this? Service could be better since guest have waste time wait to repair and wait result from technical and packing again to change another room after get new room key.

All good except you'll be charged if you need extra sugar or creamer. They did not provide separately but to pay for another set of hot beverages, even if it's only RM5 😌.

The second time I stayed here, twice I got the door knob broken inside, it's really the style of this hotel. Overall it's ok, the room is just average. Children like to stay here because the pool is interesting, it is really satisfying for children. The beach is also close, it's just that the beach here is so attractive because of erosion

Waited quite a while to check in because it was 12 midnight. Large rooms at reasonable prices, lots of pools, can do beach activities. Food is delicious and varied, east coast taste. Can repeat again.

Clean hotel. The food is delicious. The pool is fun for children, but the condition of the bathroom may be better. The room looks like it has been upgraded. The parking lot is also covered. Overall nice hotel.

Spacious room, only the furniture is worn out. Cheap steamboat buffet and satisfied with the menu. The boy ate the steamboat until satisfied. Worth it. Satisfactory breakfast. Pool for children is very satisfying

Poor maintenance of facility, faulty taps waters, broken doors, safety lock broken not replaced. Old mattress not comfortable to sleep.

I've been to de rhu many times. The beach is wide. Large and long spiral pool. Fun for a family vacation.
