Location was great, check-in was easy, and having access to a washer in the room was extremely convenient. The rooftop terrace also offered stunning views. However the shower was moldy, and there were ants everywhere crawling in and out of little holes in the walls. Also the wifi would only work in the living room area (not the rooms or bathroom) and even then it would go out at times. If you’re in the middle of a long trip and need to do laundry I’d recommend this location, otherwise I’m unsure.

Absolutely unbeatable location with fantastic views from the 2nd floor apartment and the roof top terrace. Apartment had two bedrooms, a good-size bathroom and all amenities/accessories and a working lift. Negative: very barren (not a picture on the wall or a rug on the floor), no condiments or other basics (not even salt or sugar), no instructions on how to recycle/dispose of the rubbish, how to change the A/C to heating etc. A bit of basic communication would have been nice. Also, taxis cannot get into the narrow warren of the old town so be prepared to carry your luggage from the closest drop-off point.

Great location. Nice rooftop view. Plenty of space. And that’s about all the good I have to say. There was NO communication from the host- in fact I emailed six times, to 3 different addresses, none of which were answered, called two different numbers, neither of which, although listed on their site, were for the hotel, and worked with four different hotel.com reps just trying to confirm this stay and find out how to check in. My internet sleuth family member was finally able to reach someone (still unclear who) who sent us this information when we were already in the air on our way, unsure if we even had a place to stay. When we left, the number that had finally replied was “no longer in service” and we received two separate sets of check out instructions from two new numbers. The room smelled horribly- we had to go buy air fresheners when it didn’t improve during the week. Old pipes? Sewage? Unclear. It was awful. There were four bath towels total for four people, extras cost more money, and there was no dryer in unit (standard, I’m not complaining about that) or clothesline so if we washed them we still had wet towels the next day. We were never able to find the outside trash bin- it was “around the corner and down the block” so trash just piled up. There was very little living room furniture which made gathering as a family difficult. The city is beautiful and the people are lovely. Just stay elsewhere.

The location is ideal!!! It is very close to the Cathedral and walkable to the many beautiful sights, neighborhoods, and restaurants of Sevilla. We were in the heart of the celebrations of the Semana Santa which we were grateful for. The host was quick to answer our questions upon our arrival and was helpful with extra towels & a few logistical questions. However, pictures online of the property are deceiving. The apartment is dated. There was a stale scent throughout the apartment with what smelled like sewerage permeating the upstairs bedroom which made it difficult to sleep in. Host did not respond when contacted about this which was disappointing. While I assume not much could have been done regarding the smell, an acknowledgment of my text would have been appreciated. If you sleep in the downstairs bedroom, roll over at your own risk…both my teenage son and husband fell onto the floor while they slept! The twin bed frames are on wheels (only at the head of the bed) and movement as you sleep causes the mattress to shift a little at a time until you wake up on the floor. This was a costly apartment to rent, and for the amount charged, we expected better conditions. Hopefully, this honest review will encourage the owner to address these issues so that the apartment can be a compliment to its lovely location.

Great stay! Our family of 4 all enjoyed the 3 nights stay at this property! Apt located on the second floor, 2 bedrooms/bathrooms with a roof top terrace, nice view, and the elevator worked fine. It’s very clean and comfortable! The property is truly centrally located in historical sites and it’s also in a quite neighborhood. Only issue with check in information by email as mentioned on Expedia’s booking portal but instead by WhatsApp. Easy check in and out. Thanks Marta!

We had a wonderful experience at Guzman. The only one thing I would like to comment on are the bed mattresses. They are all very springy and gave everyone a backache! Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.

Brilliant location right in the hub of the old town. 4 min stroll to Cathedral and the pedestrian area you need to see. Apartment was everything we expected and more.

The lift was not working. Also there was no hot water, and finally, the light at the living room kept turning off automatically after 10 min even though we were sitting there. Overall it was ok, but not the most comfortable place.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with breathtaking views at night, both from the room and the terrace. Cathedral, Alcazar and plenty of places where to get some tapas are nearby. Since there isn't front desk staff, it is a bit frustrating to have to commit to a specific arrival time, but the apartment was well worth it. However, this apartment is best for people that are NOT driving their own vehicle. I did not take the warnings from other travelers seriously and paid the price by wasting over one hour trying to locate parking nearby. There just isn't any. The streets are narrow and most streets are one way only, so you end up going in out of the way loops trying to find a parking structure with available spots.

Location is awesome, the apartment is comfortable and everything in perfect working condition. Getting there by car is really complicated, you should head to a parking spot (I used plaza nueva) and then walk. I had to learn that the hard way. I would recommend Q&Q to anyone visiting Sevilla.

The apartment is in great location with everything in walking distance. The check in experience is great. The manager actually provided a couple different parking locations, which is very convenient. The only thing I can point out is the hot water. We have 5 family members traveling. The hot water seems not sufficient for the last couple people.

There are some good things going for this property and some significant issues. Good: * Excellent and helpful staff. But they are only there 10AM to 6PM. * Great Location, we walked almost everywhere within 15-20 mins in Sevilla. You can go eat out or reach a super market in under 5 mins. Bad: * Staff is only there 10AM to 6PM and if you run into anything in off hours there is not much that can be done(more below). * Hot water in shower is very bad, for a family of four, showers took nearly 2 hours to wait for water to warm up between showers. * Walls and floors are thin(I mean very thin), you can hear people talking, walking, showers, flush, cook etc. If(as in our case) you get noisy neighbors then your stay can go from good to terrible. We had a bunch of young early 20s crowd stay while we were there and we lost sleep all night, so much so that we left to train station early to get some rest. We were given emergency number to call, but the gentlemen who answered said that this is not an emergency and he will inform the staff of property, who were only able to reach us around 10AM in the morning.

Wonderful accommodation, clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and only steps from every part of the old city. Jose checked us in, arriving early to help us with parking. I can’t say how much we appreciated his helpful information! All of the Tapas places he suggested were fabulous and he booked us into an outstanding Flamenco performance at Casa de la Guitarra. Note: parking is safe but acces is by very narrow streets. Suggest small cars only.

Impressive 2-story flat in the most central part of Seville. We had flat E which has a one bedroom with bathroom at the upper level as well as a private roof terrace with view to the cathedral. Very helpful staff. You need to make sure that you have arranged to meet with the staff at a given time upon arrival as there is no reception. The flat itself was mainly furnised with IKEA furniture and alike. We realized at bedtime that the sofabed in the living room was broken, but it was fixed the next day. The two bathrooms are modern and nice. Kitchen can actually be used for cooking, although calling it fully-equipped may be too much. Very good for 4 people / 2 couples, but can definitely be used for 6 as well. Without knowing the city in detail, I don't think that the location can be much better. Only drawback is that you need to leave your car in a parking-house (cost app. 22 € per 24 hours) and that driving in the narrow streets of central Seville is a horryfying experience (especially in a mini-bus that we had rented).
