Very beautifully decorated hotel that was clean. The room was VERY spacious with nice beds and a large seating area. Bathroom was also very clean and spacious with a powder/sink room separate from the bath. Toilet also separate. We had a room with a view towards the harbor which was beautiful. Breakfast buffet could be combined with room cost, but we were also able to purchase separately. Luggage can be dropped off at the gate by the parking, you need park pass for your first day there, the day after your stay, hotel provides a pass. On the morning you leave, drop your luggage off in the lobby and a few hours later it will be ready for pickup near the gate again. This was very convenient. Being able to stay meant we could simply return to the hotel after the fountain lightshow (sometimes with fireworks) get to some busy attractions early the next morning as well with no lines! Breakfast buffet had a nice spread of Japanese and western offerings. Our entire group enjoyed the stay.

We couldn’t make up our mind if we should stay inside or just outside the park . So happy we did stay inside as it was so much fun to walk around . Enjoy the local restaurants and go back to the hotel . For the next day the hotel price included a day pass for the park which explains the difference in prices .

Great amusement park. Not crowded. This is not the usual Disney type of theme park. Hotel within theme park. Nice huge room, comfortable. Breakfast was great too. It’s not crazily crowded like Disney

The hotel is good, very clean and spacious for Japanese standards. Recommended if you can book it for a better price than we paid.

You will be charged for children's breakfast even if you have booked and paid for it on Expedia. Twice at Huis ten Bosch hotels (Amsterdam and Nikko) we have been charged for a child's breakfast even though we booked for two adults and a child including breakfast. No warning is given about this on Expedia or in the hotel's data on Expedia. We have therefore given this hotel two stars.

As the hotel is located deep inside an amusement park, staying there a few days felt like living in a dream. Though expensive, the room was well worth the money. A complimentary onsen entry was nice bonus.

This elegant Hotel is located inside park in front of the main activity area for evening entertainment, music, and masquerade dancing. Great breakfast buffet.

I booked this hotel for celebrating my husband's birthday, I reserved a sugarfree cake online, I also ask for wording on the cakes, the hotel representative promised and suggested me to book fruits as gift too, when I arrived, I only received fruits and with wording writing on "Card" instead of "CAKE", you really ruined my precious day with my husband, i was so depressed with your response, I was totally disappointed with Japanese in Amsterdam Hotel, will never come back!

1박에 58만원짜리 슈페리어룸에서 잤는데 아이들 조식이 포함되지 않았다고해서 당황스러웠다. 예약 할때도 분명 어른2명에 어린이2명을 조건으로 예약했고, breakfast for 4 라는 문구를 확인하고 했으나, 어른만 조식이 포함되었다고 호텔에서 주장해서 결국 58만원(6만엔) 외에 추가로 돈을 내었다. 호텔스닷컴에 예약 당시 캡쳐한 화면을 가지고 항의중이다. 물론 해당 캡쳐화면을 출력해 간것도 호텔에 보여줬는데 아니라고 만한다. 당시 조식 불포함 조건은 있어도, 조식2명만 포함된 조건은 아예 존재하지도 않았는데 왜 어른 2명만 포함되었다고 주장하는지 모르겠다.

開業後ある程度年月が経過しているので個々の設備は年代を感じるものが多いですが、スタッフの対応を含め全体的には快適に過ごすことができました。

どこに行くにも便利な立地で、部屋も広く清潔でゆったり過ごせました。スタッフの方々も皆さん親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。

古さは感じるものの静かで落ち着いたいいホテルだと思います。

お部屋は綺麗で申し分無く翌日のパスポートまで付いて割安感もあって最高でした。ハウステンボスはのんびりする場所です。そこは要注意です。

パークの中心にホテルがあるので行動しやすかった。
